“I called and spoke to an employee named Mike and he was extremely helpful in finding 3 different products for cleaning jewelry and gave me all the details of the products without me even asking, and the prices. He gave me the name of another employee in case I came in after his shift was over in case I needed help and the isle number of the products and where it was located in the store.
