I agree with everything Zachary Benesh indicated in his review; Except in our case, Jose' fixed our refrigerator-freezer. He was very informative about the problem we experienced.

I took my oven door in to be repaired and was greeted by staff very pleasantly. Spoke to Greg the owner and he took care of my problem and was very gratefull for all his help.

I have bought appliances from here and have used them to service old appliances, and in both scenarios they are beyond helpful and professional. Great one on one service you can’t get anywhere else.

Great experience! Luxie was great from a customer service standpoint getting us in the books for our appointment and letting us know what to expect. Jose was our technician and he was very knowledgeable and great to talk to. He was also very efficient and we are super happy with the service completed on our oven! Thanks again!!

What a great family store Gulgrens is, a gem. Always going above and beyond to help diagonose and fix your appliance issues. Thank you for your help today, replacing me fix a gas oven igniter. 5 star for this all star business.

I was in a bind and Gulgren saved my plans. We had family coming for the weekend and our oven igniter went out. I went in to see Luxie at the counter, and she knew exactly what I needed and the price was so reasonable. I highly recommend these professionals! You can’t go wrong here!!!

My washing machine broke down, and I like to tinker. I found the broken part, a coupler. The parts and service team was so nice, and they got me exactly what I needed. I was able to drive on over and pick it up with zero hassle and an affordable price.Extremely grateful to them!

No follow up. Front of stainless freezer door has a ring of rust spots. Called twice now, no call back or acknowledgement of new GE Cafe frig discoloration.

First time buying here, Gary was awesome and didn’t pressure me in to anything pricey. I feel like I got a fair price on my washer and dryer. Your install team was beyond amazing. I have a rather small space and they made it work without fail, in and out in an hour. I would recommend you all highly and I will shop there again.
