Sam and his team lined my brand new Ford F150 and goddamn! Immaculate job. I called and explained how after reading the reviews on their work and seeing that the end product would be as if it were OEM I decided to go here to get this truck lined and Sam just chuckled and said “No, your bed will be lined far better than OEM”. Dude was absolutely not kidding!! This liner has to have some magical recipe or just insanely experienced staff lining it because I’ve never had any of my trucks lined this well but I didn’t realize that until after seeing it when it was complete. He provides an amazing warranty probably because he is certain the customer will never have to use it because of how good the product and application of the product is. Also, I couldn’t believe how cheap it was. I hope you read this before you get a liner from the dealership or some other place because I wish I would have. The appearance of the liner is an absolute work of art and made it hard to think about abusing with all the stuff I haul which I am sure Sam would chuckle at too because after placing some heavy abuse hauling stone and many other heavy items it hasn’t changed a bit! He probably doesn’t need my review for his business but as a truck guy I couldn’t help myself.

My friend recommended Great Lakes Customs as I needed to replace an old tonneau cover. Sam showed me multiple options and explained the pros and cons of each ... very patiently and thoroughly with no pressure to upsell. Then ordered my selection and installed perfectly within days! Ran in for a replacement part for my bedliner. They were great there. Two guys looked for the part. They didn't have it, but pointed me in the right direction. Great customer service! Thanks for a great experience. I would recommend them.

These guys exceeded my expectations. I’m OCD about my trucks. Was hard to stay in the showroom and not bug the technician about details. Turns out they didn’t need any guidance lol.They filled holes left by the old drop in plastic bed liner. They capped and sprayed holes from my old toolbox location. They put the correct fasteners in my tailgate since the ones used with the plastic liner stuck out too far.They did all these extra details without me even asking.Masking job was perfect.I hate to put my toolboxes back in. They cover the Great Lakes Linex logo.

Hands down amazing customer service! Ben and Sam made sure I received top of the line product that will last as well as look great. I got my truck chip guarded along the sides, tailgate and inner doors as well as the bra of the truck. The entire process went very smooth and if I could rate this company over 5 stars I would. Thanks to the team that worked on it and for great service and making my truck more durable and sharp looking!

I had no idea this place did so much more than bed liners! Jay & Sam were both very personable friendly and informative. The liner came out beautifully! Can't wait for the bed covers to come as I will be heading back to buy one and have them install it! Highly recommend this place for many of you truck needs and accessories.

Brought a pair of Rock sliders in for my new 2023 4Runner to get the line-X treatment , said no problem even though it was not bought from them . They even suggested that they could also install them . Worked with me on my changing schedule. Quoted me a great price and honored it . The most friendly people place, and yes this place is one stop shopping !!!!!! Keep up the GREAT WORK!!!!!

Sam and his team at Line-X Crystal Lake take unreasonable requests and create masterpieces. I would highly recommend anyone looking for services Line-X provide to do so here. Brought in a Toyota Corolla 2019 with 58k miles and I feel confident that it will not rust away in the Midwest area.

I recently brought my 2022 Ford F-350 to Crystal Lake LineX for a tonneau cover, spray in bed liner, WeatherTech window guards and AMP XL power running boards. These people are top notch: Very professional. They did everything they said they would do, on time and at the agreed upon price. I will definitely be having them do more work for me in the future and I highly recommend them.

Bottom Line Up Front - stop reading reviews and book your job with Great Lakes Line-X, you will not regret it. Details to follow:I recently took delivery of a 2021 F150 PowerBoost, every option I wanted except for spray-in bedliner. Finding no local installers, I made the decision to drive an hour from home to have these guys do the job. I spoke with Sam about scheduling, and when he found out I was coming from near Rockford, he said he would get the truck in first thing the morning of appointment, in and out, no worries. Just over an hour of waiting, and I was back in my truck headed home, these guys keep their word and the results speak for themselves (see photos). Truck bed looks better than if it had been done as a factory option, I couldn’t be happier.Also worth mentioning- no upsell whatsoever. I went with the Line-X Premium, and once I got there, I asked about the Platinum option. Sam discussed it with me, and said he didn’t know that it was another $100 well-spent in my case. Again, you just don’t find customer service like this. Thanks again!
