Usually, I am happy with my experiences at this grocery store and the workers/management are pleasant.
Today, however, I had an experience that I find troubling. I went to get some steak cuts from the meat counter, and I noticed that the lady who was prepping it was not washing her hands or switching gloves in between items and servicing others. Also. When checking out the cashier didn’t say anything to me the whole time. Just kind of expected me to figure it out .. which was rude and puzzling. Hopefully this isn’t something that will be the norm but thought it was worth noting.

The gal working the bakery counter became much more helpful toward me once I told her that I was filling an Instacart order, which I guess means she must have been discriminating against me up until that moment. ?

Over priced, management has NO CLUE, store director sits in office ALL DAY & assistant store director or fresh manager sits in the office and doesn't have a clue about anything in the store. Produce manager thinks he is good, reality, NOT AT ALL!! You get quality when you have quality managment. Fresh Thyme has third class managment, that means low class help!!!!! SHOP ELESWHERE, THIS PLACE SUCKS

Just discovered this store, and what a gem it is! Light, bright, and smells great walking in. Amazing deals on certain things. Some things (mostly processed big name items) are expensive. I'd skip all those anyway.. where this place really shines is the selection of fresh baked goods, produce, meat and seafood and other items. The selection of vegan and allergen free products is better than any store I've ever been in. Vegan blue cheese!? & Ricotta?! & Croissants!? Allergen free cupcakes to safely bring to school!? 10/10 recommend this place.

Never again. I hadn’t put inAn on line order in a long time. I remember now why. First of all my order was never acknowledged as completed so I finally went over to inquire about it. After 15 or twenty minutes I got about two thirds of my order and asked what appeared to be a live human if my receipt was in the bag and he replied yes. Well that is not the case and there is no entry into myCheck book. I’m making a point of calling the manager in the morning.

Love Fresh Thyme excellent meat and veggies, really upset they are closing stores. The Mt. Prospect Store was so nice now it is clised, really upsetting, they lost a good customet.
