have been bringing our rescued pets here for more than 30 years. Rates are reasonable, staff is outstanding. While they can't treat everything, (cancers or fancy ortho issues) they can evaluate and will be straight up with you about your pet situation. Best vet in the area!

I have to say During my 50 years of dog ownership there are two great veterinarians that I have been fortunate to have the pleasure of having take care of my pets. This one is about Dr C. At fox valley aninal clinic and the support staff that works with him. This is a man that is caring, kind, passionate and knows his profession on several occasions he has saved my pets over the years at that I say Thank you. The support staff and assistants are just as dedicated as Dr C and whenever I do go there they are kind and considerate to our dogs needs Thank you I cannot say enough good things about FVAH , and I absolutely recommend them to take. Care of your animals medical needs

We took our very sick dog here after having gone to an animal ER. The difference in care was INCREDIBLE. My dog was treated with incredible kindness by Dr.Bertulis, as well as the tech who was with us, I'm sorry I didn't get her name. It wasn't just the kindness that impressed us, but the competence. I am thankful that this Vet practice is so close to home!! I'm confident that Cass (our Bull Terrier) is in great hands. The Doc treated our dog but also listened to what our concerns were, and answered our questions fully. WILL ALWAYS COME TO THIS PRACTICE AND AM HAPPY WE MET DR. BERT ULIS!

Brought 2 dogs there over the years. Recently had our last dog put down. They were so sympathetic & caring. Dr. Sheridan is so warm & friendly. She treats your pet as if it's her own. The experience as sad as it was was made bearable by her & staffs compassionate efforts. We would recommend this veterinarian clinic to anyone.

Second time I have called to make an appointment for animal in need of care. Always booked and no real care for people or animal for that matter. Second time I have been told to just go to emergency room. Did that to a tune of 1200 dollars last time. Find a place where people genuinely care. This is not the place.

You know how the only time you ever leave a positive review is because a business did such an extraordinary job? That's what this is. Fox VALLEY Animal Hospital is a dream! We used to go to Fox LAKE Animal Hospital and I would strongly suggest avoiding that place. Fox Lake's employees are rude, short and judgmental, likely because they are over worked. The place operates like a factory, uncaringly churning animals through. Fox VALLEY, however, is amazing. They provided me with much more information than Fox Lake, showed much more expertise in their field and compassion. They seemed legitimately concerned with our sweet girls wellness, even with a very routine procedure. She ended up becoming very nauseous from the anesthesia and they had enough time for me to bring her back the next day for an anti nausea shot, another pain shot and fluids injected. They also offer a Military discount which is a huge plus and much appreciated! Go to Fox VALLEY! NOT Fox LAKE!

Just moved to the area and went to Fox Valley because they are so close. Very happy with this vet. We had two emergencies with two of our dogs and they were able to take us very quickly. Everyone in staff is very friendly and the Vets have taken the time to explain everything and answer all of our questions. Never felt rushed. Went in with my cat for a check up and they got us in on time. I would highly recommend Fox Valley!!

We were not happy with our old vet and when we moved to the area we decided we'd find a new one. When my dog got sick we called Fox Valley and they were able to see us right away! They even called my old vet to get our past records. When we arrived we were treated like they knew us for years!! They were wonderful with my puggle and he hates everyone. They were able to properly diagnose him and get him started on some meds and by the next day he was feeling a lot better. I highly recommend them and happy that we found a new vet for all our fur babies!! Thank you Fox Valley for welcoming us!!

This is by far the best place to take your loved ones. They do most of the work so you don't have to. Every Veterinarian works at a professional grade, but adds that personal love for your pet. Don't look anywhere else. These people will take care of you

I cannot recommend Fox Valley Animal Hospital enough! Our dog is a German Shepherd rescue and he is terrified of vet visits. Every staff member at Fox Valley Animal Hospital has been nothing but kind, patient and supportive at every visit. They really go above and beyond to take the time to make sure he's comfortable and well taken care of. We've taken him to other vets in the past who have been timid and unwilling to give our dog a full examination due to his fearful nature. We're so happy to have found a practice with such wonderful staff!

We love love love our kitty-doctors at FVAH!! They are always so helpful and truly care about my sweet cat. We have been in a lot since we got our cat 18 months ago because he was very sick. Every time I call, they take the time to ask how our kitty is doing and they always fuss over him in the sweetest way. (Even though he growls at them when they trim his nails!! SO SORRY). It is easy to get an appointment and their hours are great. I would wholeheartedly recommend fvah to any pet-parent!!

We have been clients of Fox Valley Animal Hospital since 2003 when we had our first german shepherd. We have nothing but exceptional experiences to say about the highest standard of care our pets and we have received over the years. The ENTIRE staff is incredible. Pam, the office manager, the vet techs, the veterinarians Drs. Sherden, Litchfield, Chemelewski (now retired), are all outstanding and compassionate providers. Everyone at Fox Valley Animal Hospital, from the front desk women to the Vet herself, was extremely kind and compassionate when I brought my cat in a few weeks ago with an infected lump on her back. (It was cancer). Never before have I had a Veterinarian who I felt truly cares about my pet as much as I do. She laid out all my options with prices for each and most impressive... she gave me time. Not once was I made to feel rushed. Yesterday, I made the hard decision to put my cat down (due to the cancer and her age) and again, I felt so much empathy and loving kindness from every single person at FVAH. They let me take my cat's body home with me and even made me a casting of her paw prints with her name on it that I plan on making into a Christmas ornament. If I ever get another pet, this is where I will be bringing them.
