The owner us a really nice lady. , and the place has all you need to get in shape, you also get a code to go in at anytime

Great hole in the wall gym. Active and engaging classes and all the equipment one could need. You'll never have to share a machine with a stranger

It's a clean gym with great coaches and a motivating concept that keeps you going!I have gotten stronger after being a regular member here.
