I hate giving 1 star but I have had nothing but issues with this pharmacy. Multiple times I’ve gotten texts that my prescription was ready and drive there for them to tell me it’s out of stock. No call or text saying it’s out of stock. This has put me in a bind multiple times because I haven’t had my medication because I would have to wait until the next day for my doctor to write a new prescription and send it somewhere else. Multiple times the pharmacy said they will contact my doctor to get a different prescription, but when I call my doctor 2 days later they said they didn’t receive any call or message from the pharmacy. When I get a text saying they’re getting my prescription ready, I will give them usually a day to get it together, but when I get there they say it’s not ready and I have to wait another 30 minutes. It’s extremely frustrating. Every time I go there there is an issue, I’ve never had a good experience. I will be looking for a new pharmacy.

If the rating was strictly based on the store experience, I'd give 2 stars. The prices are outrageous and the "deals" are still more on average than other pharmacies. This 4-star rating is based on the convenience and service of their Minute Clinic. Here's why they rock... - Easy appointment process, online and in their app - Easy check in process when arriving - Short wait time; I was actually seen ahead of schedule - Efficient diagnostics and vitals and straight to the testing - Friendly and knowledgeable staff of physicians - Clean facilities, social distancing, masks and sanitizer - Quick and easy for the price of a co-pay I am never going back to urgent care or even my PHC doc, when I need to diagnose my cold/flu/viral symptoms.

No one answers the phone in the pharmacy over two hours. Very hard to have them fix their mistakes when they are not taking calls.

Never answer the phone...I've been waiting on hold for over 30 minutes today and then someone clicks over and then clicks back and puts me back on HOLD.

By far the worst pharmacy to ever exist. People are not well trained. They had my prescription 2 days now. My meds are work comp. I had my work case manager call to get approval they said they need 2 contact insurance through phone from there end. Still have not done it. They refuse to get things taken care of in a timely manor. I have to call 3 times a day to check. Been on the phone over an hour and still not been helped. It's horrible experience after horrible experience. I cannot express enough to stay away from here and avoid the headache. Words cannot express my disgust at the incompetence of these employees

Pharmacist very unprofessional. They screwed up on my prescription and they're not rectifying it at all will not admit they made a mistake.And then they proceeded to hang up on me.Their attitude was piss poor.I wouldn't let them work a drive-thru window at McDonald's

Not my 1st bad experience with this cvs ! But will be my last just picked up a prescription that was 6 months past the expiration date!

7 hours after my doctor sent in my prescription, I tried calling to see if the drugs were in stock. First time they picked up the phone and hung up on me. 2nd and 3rd times, it rang for 10-15 minutes before I gave up. I drove to the store, very very sick and was told they were short staffed and not answering the phone.I have transferred all of my prescriptions.

If you think that making an online appointment at CVS for a vaccine will guarantee it, think again. Walk-ins get priority, your vaccines are NOT reserved for you, and you're not made aware of this until you get to the store for your appointment and are told they are out of the vaccine. Horrible customer service and app for scheduling. Won't be back to CVS for anything, Walgreens thank goodness you offer us a choice and operate with the customer/patient in mind.

I was on hold for 10 minutes to ask if they had a prescription in stock and never spoke to anyone. They hung up on me while I was still on hold. Do these people have a manager that reads these comments? Just look at all the terrible reviews of the horrible customer service, what’s wrong with these people?

3 calls and 45 minutes later I drove to the pharmacy to find out why my prescriptions haven't been filled 7 hours after the doctor sent them in. I was told they were short staffed and not answering the phones, but hung up on me. Who hangs up on customers? Terrible service and corporate does NOT care.

Kudos to a great staff! Caz was incredibly helpful when we needed those last few forgotten items for a bridal shower nearby! He Even helped us grab items and brought them to the car because he knew we were pressed for time! That is stellar customer service!!!!! Thank you Caz!

I was trying to solve a problem and my insurance called the pharmacy. She stated the person she spoke to was very rude, not wanting to hear what my insurance representative was trying to tell him. Actually the CVS representative hung up on my insurance representative. They owe me a refund from 01/2023 to sept. 2023 because they overcharged for my Insulin as all pharmacies were informed of the new policy established by CMS/Medicare there is a cap of $35.00. Due to this, I am taking steps to transfer my medications to another pharmacy. There customer service needs to be addressed!
