Had rented a storage unit here before and didn’t have any issues, but just recently rented another unit here and was told I would get a free month and they ended up charging me for it, I called them and they said they said they couldn’t do anything.

Michelle was great to work with and getting everything set up in a quick and timely fashion. Renting this self storage unit was the easiest process by far in helping my son find a safe, secure and clean facility. Once at the business both gentlemen were very helpful and polite making sure I understood everything and where to find the storage unit.

Good people to deal with, good communication if you're late on payment they contact you instead of locking you out. I like the climate controlled unit especially for visiting storage in winter.

The process of renting was very easy, I reserved the unit online and then went in and completed the rental process. The price is VERY reasonable, and the facility is very clean.
My storage unit at another location started out @ $106 month and JUMPED to $175… completely outrageous!!

Loved this storage place. The place is very clean and well lit at night when you have to go there at night which they are open until 9 pm. Very nice and accommodating front desk. I think they are the lowest around the area.

Utilized CL Self Storage while temporarily between homes. Facility is secure & clean. Storage specialists on site were always courteous & helpful. Did not have a negative experience. Would recommend.

I'm so happy I picked Crystal Lake Self Storage. I actually reserved my unit online I knew what I was looking for it took me about 10 minutes. My Unit #, gate # and directions were emailed back to me. The property is clean, safe. I upgraded to a climate control unit which I absolutely love.I know there's alot of storage unit companies in the area to pick from. I recommend Crystal Lake Self Storage.

Getting extremely sick of this place. I have an indoor unit with temperature sensitive products I keep inside right by the pull in door and 80% of the time the door is broken especially in the winter which is not okay.I pay to have quick easy access to my unit, not park outside and have to haul everything inside. I’m about to switch facilities
