*Edit: The owner Nick contacted me and apologized and also went above and beyond to fix the mistake. Customer Service was superb so I will increase my rating for the business just based on that.
I also feel i was deceived! I paid for the premium upgrade on the flowers to celebrate a new baby. These flowers were very expensive, over $100! The recipient received a sad tiny display of mostly leaves.
So disappointed. In the photos you can see the difference between the expected and the actual.

I ordered flowers for a wake service and I must say that I feel the photo was deceptive. I upgraded to the deluxe choice, but I believe it is much smaller than I expected. For the price I don’t feel it was a very good value.

I ordered a get well bouquet to another state. I asked for same day delivery. The saleslady informed me that it was late in the day but she would try for that day or the next morning. The bouquet arrived in 3 hours. What great service. Thank you Countryside.

I live in central Florida, so I looked around the area to send my GodMother flowers. I always try to support local/family businesses but definitely nothing corporate. I apologize for not being able to remeber the name of the sweet lady who helped me out but she made everything super easy for me. She asked me about a budget, I said $60. I honestly cried a bit when my GM sent me the picture. They are just gorgeous!!!
So, thank you ma'am for knocking it out of the park!! Thank you all involved. When I come to visit I'm coming in for hugs. :)

Countryside is the best flower shop and garden center I've ever visited. They have greenhouses filled with beautiful flowers and plants. On their spacious property, you'll also find acres of beautiful shrubs and trees. Their staff is friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. And you can also purchase gifts in their attractive floral shop.

My wife and I were looking for Mangolia trees. The price on the pallet stand was $30 less then the prices attached to the plants. Staff either doesn't speak English, or is clueless. No one coukd tell us why the prices differed. We left as soon as that happened.

I just received Mother's Day flowers that my daughter had ordered from Seattle. It was a large bouquet and absolutely beautiful, full and all the flowers were absolutely gorgeous. They beat any florist in Crystal lake. The arrangement was symmetric and well thought out and I couldn't be more pleased. The driver was very polite and friendly.

My husband was out of town for my 65th birthday and apparently there was some confusion with my order which did not have the requested flowers and had orchids (which he had specifically said NOT to use because I dont like them.) Also, one of the lillies was damaged.
I was very unhappy with the flower arrangement- and when they found out they came with a much brighter bouquet which was wonderful. I really appreciated that they made it right- they didn't have to do that!

IT IS AN EXCELLENT PLACE FOR EVERYTHING RELATED TO PLANTS, FLOWERS, ETC. I GO TO COUNTRYSIDE BECAUSE I KNOW I'LL GET EXCELLENT SERVICE FROM VERY CARING ATTENDEES WORK THERE. I WAS NOT DISAPPOINTED THIS VISIT EITHER, SENDING FLOWERS INTERSTATE, THEY STATED ALL COSTS UPFRONT, HELPING PICKED OUT ARRANGEMENT, I'M GOING TO CONTINUE PURCHASING PLANTS, ETC. THERE BECAUSE OF THE GOOD SERVICE, AND I ALSO NOTICED THAT THEY HAVE EXPANDED MORE ALSO. OVERALL AN EXCELLENT PLACE. THANK YOU!!!
ON APRIL 24 2024 I'M UPDATING THIS REVIEW.
I INITIALLY JUST WANTED TO SEND MY SISTER IN OREGON FLOWERS, I HAD PICKED OUT THE
" CELEBRATE DISPLAY" WHICH CONSISTS OF, PAPER PLAQUE SAID" CELEBRATE YOU" LARGE CELEBRATION MUG, CELEBRATING VERBAGE ALL OVER IT, FILLED WITH MANY BEAUTIFUL FLOWERS.
SINCE IT WAS INTERSTATE, THEY HAD TO "HAND OFF" THIS ORDER TO FLOWERSHOP IN OREGON. FLOWERS THAT WERE SENT, WERE ONLY IN SIMPLE CLEAR GLASS VASE. NOTHING ELSE, NOT MUG, NOR PLAQUE? WHEN QUESTIONED BY MY SISTER WHY ORDER SENT THIS WAY, FLOWERSHOP BLANTLY LIED, BUT SAID THEY WOULD STILL DELIVER MUG TO HER.
MUG ALSO NEVER DELIVERED, SHOP TOLD MY SISTER, " ONLY HAVE MUG WITH LEMONS" , YOU CAN DRIVE DOWN TO SHOP, IF YOU WANT IT?
I WAS NATURALLY UPSET, WHEN I FOUND THIS OUT, FLOWERSHOP OREGON, SHOULD HAVE NEVER ACCEPTED THIS ORDER, SINCE THEY HAD NONE OF ITEMS TO COMPLETE IT, EXCEPT FLOWERS.
COUNTRYSIDE WAS GREAT, THEY SPENT TWO DAYS BASICALLY FIXING THIS FIASCO, CONTACTING ME AT HOME ABOUT UPDATES.
CARING GENTLEMEN THAT CALLED, WISH HAD WRITTEN DOWN HIS NAME, SO I CAN COMPLIMENT HIM HERE.
THIS IS AN EXAMPLE WHY I WILL CONTINUE TO GIVE MY BUSINESS TO THEM!!!
