I used this auto repair shop based on the recommendation of my insurance company. I can tell you that I would highly recommend any other repair shop in the area rather than this one. Not only did the shop owner cause issues with the at-fault insurance company and delay the repair process by refusing to follow the adjustors requests, but then the workmanship they did was subpar. I had my repair 4 years ago and am still finding issues wrong with my vehicle, which can only trace back to their poor workmanship. My vehicle was involved in a bad rear-end collision and due to slow movement with the at-fault insurance, work did not start for 3 weeks. During this time rodents decided to make their home in the trunk of my car, where most of the work was being performed, and was returned to me with droppings and shredded nesting materials in plain sight in the middle of the trunk. I found my hood to be bouncing as I drove down the road due to them not tightening the hinge bolts all the way, he blamed it on non OEM parts. I found trunk lid trim pieces to be re-installed with broken and missing retention clips. The interior of the trunk was missing half of the retainer clips for the carpet. I found the broken clips along with a missing marker bulb in the trunk, under the spare tire a year later. I found about half of the retention clips used to hold the rear and front bumper on were missing and not replaced. Under the hood I found damaged parts were simply forced into place and extra pop-rivets used to hold it all together, rather than simply requesting a replacement part, which I had replaced later on at a different body shop. The other shop owner was shocked at how poor the work really was. Now here I am 4 years later finding that they missed re-installing the fluid level sensor in the windshield washer fluid reservoir. As I stated earlier, this was on a repair almost 4 years old, and I'm still finding issues where they cut corners on the repair rather than doing it right.Service: Body & Trim

Brian did a great job making sure my CTS-V was repaired correctly after another body shop "hacked it up". Everything was correctly inspected and redone and I couldn't be happier with the work one year later. Great shop, highly recommend them.Services: Body & Trim
