Stupid system :) We came there to open an account for my daughter to deposit cash, but it ended the other way around, I closed my account, took cash out and deposited in the next PNC bank building, Were we opened one for my daughter without asking any stupid questions.

Terrible experience with their banker Max Soto. Had an appointment and he couldn't even be bothered to say hello like any normal person in customer service does. Essentially like we dealt with a robot but with less people skills. I suppose thats fitting considering thats exactly what his position will soon become.We will be moving our accounts soon enough and Max will be the final reason why.

With this bank for many years had direct deposit, recently changed that for 6 months. Today I went to go back to direct deposit. TRS. The rudest NON SMILING person I have encountered in a business!ineever encountered

I've been an account holder with chase for my entire adult life, from regular checking to business accounts. I'm done with them after my experience at this location. Absolutely rude, I have never been asked to schedule a regular new account opening, let alone have a bank manager lie to my face and tell me all new checking require a 1500 balance at all times no other options apparently lol, he didn't even ask me what I needed in my new account,If you want someone to talk you out of setting up an account with them, just go talk to the manager he will talk you out of it all by himself.I laughed and said I'd be going elsewhere, he then told me that Wells Fargo was basically the same. I set my appointment to waste his time later that day, left and went and got a completely free checking and savings account down the street at that Credit Union we all pass.The funny thing is I went to this location because the one in Woodstock is terrible... and now I know the one in Crystal lake is too. Byby Chase.

I almost cancelled my appointment when I read the other reviews but I’m glad I did not. I had a meeting with Scott A. to help with account issues and he was very helpful and knowledgeable. He also helped me with other stuff regarding cards and even ran a deposit for me (which I would have had to do at the counter). 5/5 Would recommend.

My husband and l have used this bank for years. He was needing assistance often. He recently passed away. When l went into the bank for myself, the reaction about his passing was exceptional from all personal.. Kindness and tears. I was overwhelmed by their response. They have made sure all my questions are answered. I am grateful for the help.

Horrible, I kept getting insufficient fund fees even when I put money in my account. They said it was to late and then when I got paid on Friday, it was after another transaction hit. Long story short, they took $170 I will never again.Customer Service is even worse. The bankers kept transferring me to them because I was nonvalue customer. I couldn't understand customer service and they just kept hanging up on me.The worst part is Chase makes billions off of insufficient fees every year, look it up. These people took a bailout and still profit off of the working class. DON'T EVER BANK WITH THEM! We are switching banks.

I am not typically the type of person to leave reviews, however after my recent experience I feel it necessary. This branch of chase is by far the worst when it comes to customer service, and after reading a few other reviews I know I am not alone in that opinion. I recently tried to quick deposit a check to which I got a notification that it was going to be in holding until next Friday. 7 businesses days. I called to inquire and the gentleman on the phone was not much assistance and stated it was my own fault as I never do quick deposits and it was flagged. Ironic how they manage to flag that but the past three times (in under 12 months) that my card information was stolen and used to drain my accounts, I was the one the catch it and not them. Disappointment is an understatement.

I had too beat on the ATM Machine just too have it work for some of my Money i was there for 5 minutes at the ATM in the middle lane..... i am a Mechanic. sometimes you have too beat on things just too get it too work.. i would have been better off just going inside too deposit my Money.....
