We have been using Cassidy for our new tires and repairs for years. These guys are great! Very kind and helpful. Good work and in the time frame promised. The only downside is few service guys on Saturdays. Definitely recommend them! Another tire service center actually recommended them to me because they couldn’t fix the hole in my tire because it was too big. I went to other place because of the Saturday issue but was back at Cassidy on Monday because they are the best.

Sent my son in to get a tire plugged, and the rim came back with a deep scratch on the outer surface. The manager was outside when it was picked up, and immediately minimized the situation, stating that the center cap would "cover it up".
Well, there is no center cap on my 2021 Ford F350, and the deep scratch is indeed noticeable.
My truck only has 12k miles, and is in impeccable condition.
If you use this tire store, beware of the neglectful staff, and negligent manager.

Wednesday on my way home I got a nail in my tire, thursday morning 7:00 am they took my car in and in no time flat I was on my way to work they were friendly kind nice I would recommend them to everyone

I got a flat tire on my way home from work, I looked over to my left and saw Cassidy’s! I pulled in, they were able to help me right away, explain the issues and the price was great! I would recommend and definitely go again when needed ?

? Will never return! We made an appt. for 1pm, 2pm no service. What’s the point of making an appointment? Why set an appt. at the time the employees are at lunch? Their answer “we give ourselves a 2 hour window”- WHAT? No wonder the place was empty. We left and glad we didn’t let them work on our vehicle- their lack of professionalism and Customer Service must mirror the work. HORRIBLE!! This place should stop wasting people’s time! ??
