Treated well. Techs performed an hones and quick inspection. I was not charged or talked into service I did not ask for or need. I was very pleased with service and integrity demonstrated at this location. I highly recommend this crystal lake, IL Car-X location.

Came in for brake light replacement. Got the bulb replaced within minutes. Super easy and painless experience.

The guys at Car-x were super friendly and helpful. They repaired my tire with a slow leak at a great price. I also had a headlight not working and asked them to replace the bulb. But they came back to me to inform me it was just loose. No charge! Thanks guys!!

Came in to order tires for my mother and told me the total would be around $400 for two front tires mother came back without me tried charging $1400 and said didn’t order tires ridiculous

CarX Crystal Lake is top notch. Got me in for my oil change the next day and early enough that I could make it to work on time. The service was done quickly and thoroughly, as they were able to answer all of my questions related to process and a few about future maintenance. I will be back and I will recommend them to everyone. This level of service deserves to be appreciated and rewarded with repeat business.

Professional, knowledgeable staff, and no pressure-upselling. One-year warranty on alignment and other warranties are honored without attitude -- their focus on customer service is a nice change. Great selection of tires, and they do just about everything else too.
