The tuxedo was faded. Jeff did an awful job on hemming the pants. I would not recommend this place to anyone. They do not care about the customer. Do not trust.

Lizzie was amazing, she listened to everything I liked and didn’t about each dress and hand selected the perfect one for me! It felt right to me and you could see on everyone’s face it was The ONE!! Thank you thank you!!!

I visited this store as the first stop in my search for the perfect wedding dress, and I immediately fell in love with one of the gowns. But of course, I couldn't buy the very first dress I tried on—I had to explore other options! After visiting several other salons, I realized that I couldn't stop thinking about that first dress. When I finally decided to go back and purchase it, I was told that the dress was no longer available in my size. I was heartbroken.
Despite this, I returned to the boutique about a month before the wedding, still hoping for a miracle. After waiting for a while, the consultant appeared with my dress! It was a size larger than I needed, but it fit beautifully around my hips, and with a small alteration at the top, it was perfect.
I can’t thank the wonderful consultants enough for their incredible support throughout the process. I was shopping without the usual bridal entourage, which made the decision even more difficult, but the team here made me feel confident and cared for. In the end, everyone loved the dress, especially my groom, which was the most important thing.
Thank you for making my dress dreams come true!

This was our 6th and final bridal shop in four days. Stacy greeted us, asked my daughter what she was looking for in a wedding dress, and went to work selecting dresses for her to try. Every dress she selected from the warehouse could have been "the one," and they all fit her unlike most of the dresses in the other shops. Stacy knows how to select the right dress for the bride. Though my daughter did not end up purchasing "the one" from Bridology, our experience there with Stacy was a great way to end our days of shopping. (I seldom leave reviews, but had to sing the praises of Stacy.)

We went there last December 2023 and had a great time. Lizzie was very helpful. I showed her a few inspiration photos and she gave me great selections! She knew what would fit me best and I ended up picking my dress that day! Dress was perfect, lovely and complimented my figure well. Thanks so much Lizzie! Highly recommended!

I was very disappointed and had a bad experience. I called first at gippers to find out the hours for brideology was told open till 7. We get there at 6 pm dealing with 1 hour in traffic and a young girl lies to us and says they are closed. I told her we called gippers and asked. I said we came from Elgin and you’re closed now? Then she says I guess I can stay later my daughter was upset Says no we can just go mom. I said we are not leaving until We try on a few dresses. Then we did not receive any help at all no input. She tries on 8 dresses and we hurry out of there so they could leave but the website says open till 7. I am very upset about the way it was handled by the employee. It was a bad experience all around. Dresses were ripped and tied together. We asked for help with dress the girl had no idea how to put it on. Will never go back to brideolgy or gippers again

I wanted to take a minute to shout out Liz. Due to Brideology's incredible sale the place was packed. However, that didn't stop Liz from taking the time to get to know our bride, pick out fun and relevant options for her, and make us feel like we were the only group in the store (when in reality she was racing around to take care of 10 other people). Ultimately, our bride chose a dress from Brideology because of the selection, quality, and service. Kudos to Liz!

Had the best experience yesterday finding my wedding dress! Lizzie was a great help and picked out beautiful dresses for me to try on. I told her what kind of styles that I like and she brought back so many dresses to try on. We had a hard time deciding what dress to pick because they all looked amazing!Earlier in the day we went to another bridal store and had the worst experience. It was so refreshing to go here and have someone who went above and beyond to help me find the perfect wedding dress! Cannot recommend this place enough!!!!

The worst nightmare a bride to be had.Within 2 weeks before my weeding the dress which I ve ordered 5 month si ahead “came”. In fact, never been order with my custom measurements. They forgot to place the order to the designer.What they did was unbelievable. They have tried to give me a store worn dress with a few adjustments I have asked..saying that that’s the dress the designer sent.The owner is a lier. Tried to sell me a drees 4 number larger sayings that the designer did a mistake. (I was a pregnant bride to be and the dress needed specifically alterations, and the owner didn’t expect at 5 months old my belly being that small)After all this chaos they send me to a seamstress on my own cost that ruined my dress within a week before my wedding. Needed a corsage instead a zipper and it was the worst decision to go to the seamstress they recommended me! They ruined the dress not being able to do the alterations the designer should have done (free of charge when buy a customized dress)

BEST. EXPERIENCE. EVER.
A million stars are deserved. I generally hate trying on clothes so I was dreading going dress shopping for the most important outfit of my life, but Brideology truly made this such a fun time. My mother and I came in very last minute after an online dress fail and I was so nervous. We met the owner and I told her very specifically what I was hoping for in a dress and she knew EXACTLY what to pull. I didn’t even know such a dress existed! We were in and out in an hour and I truly could not be happier.
The price for quality cannot be matched and I got to bring my dream dress home the same day. I cannot recommend this business enough!!!
IF YOU NEED A DRESS GO HERE FIRST!!!

I can't recommend Susie enough! She was so incredibly helpful and never made me feel rushed. She gave amazing advice and listened to everything I was looking for so well! So thankful I had her to help me find my dress!
