The manager is really nice and helpful, she helped me redeem my rewards coupon when I had a problem. Picking up and returning online orders is really easy, other staff members are friendly and knowledgeable, one guy explained the best products to use to take care of my boots. Good selection of things to choose from, store is well maintained and organized, great customer service and overall experience.

It amazed me and they have what I'm looking for like cowboy hats and other things.The employee are so friendly and know what I needs she also very nice and very friendly. Definitely I will go back and buy cowboy hats and other things.

We were passing by and decided to stop in with only 15mins til they closed. Staff was friendly and Megan was wonderful when i checked out! Will be back!

I was completely ignored the intire time I was shopping. Getting help was difficult. The 2 stars is due to the customer service. They do have a great inventory its just the store is disorganized and staff just doesn't care.

$$$ I was here primarily because of a radio station promotion. I checked out the store and discovered most of the footwear was western attire and VERY expensive. Even the work boots I could have used were way out of the price range for how I saw myself using them. I liked it better when it was Pep Boys, but if you're a boot wearer, it can't hurt to give it a look.

My biggest problem at Boot Barn - was trying to narrow down my selection! So. Many. Boots. Boot heaven ?! I did pick some adorable boots & a couple shirts & earrings... There were jeans, dresses, jackets, purses & more to choose from. Boot Barn is pricey but worth it.
