I asked to renew my Roth IRA and the banker tried to convince me it was a normal CD with a ridiculously low interest rate. Then they said they can't renew Roth IRAs. Eventually the banker figured it out and tried to get me to sign up for a savings account. I declined the savings because I'd they already don't know what the difference between a Roth IRA and a CD god forbid I sign up for any other account. 1 star because after 40min of explaining it finally got done. Good job. You guys get 1 star for completing the task.

I've always had great service when I walk through their door. I'm always greeted by a wonderful smile, a hello, and a how are you. It helps to go inside once in a while so they know who you are...so they don't start speaking to you in Spanish, lol. My advice to the previous rant, use sunscreen and visit your local branch more often. You'll see what you've been missing.

Was on the drive threw felt discriminated because I was speaking to one lady in English told her what I needed send her my ID and then the Hispanic lady starts talking to me in Spanish. Then I was upset because I need some Money understood I couldn't get what I wanted in the window and told her to send me my ID. But what made it worse was when she turned off the Mic with out saying sorry and mean mugging me. My husband was mad too. Big dislike bmo banks.
