DO NOT SHOP HERE! We got a Best Buy credit card and spent $4000 on appliances, plus installation and delivery. We ran our dryer for the first time today, noticed damage on it, and it doesn't work. Best Buy said we are SOL and the manager will not do anything to assist. We just moved into our new home and could not use the appliances prior.. $800 down the toilet. No wonder Best Buy is going out of business. Stay away from here by all means possible.

I went to pick up my snow blower here and it was prepared and ready to be picked up. I had zero wait time and the staff were really nice and friendly and assisted me in loading it in the car.

Great options but still zero stock for basic items. They have influx of tvs and ring cameras but basic items like vacuums and coffee makers, nada. Wanted to upgrade our alexa system and they don't have any in stock items. It's 2 months after the holiday. Step it up, Best Buy

I purchased online and when I got in line at the store, they helped me quickly. Others in line were returning things. Double checked that it was what I ordered and was what I wanted.

I bought new desk top not even 2 was ago! and 2 programs and it pm instill isn't working properly. And I have to go back Again!! If they can't get it operating right they can either give me a new one or take it as nd the programs backalso, 3 x cLled geek squad and one disconnected on me the other couldn't help and the 1st one signed off and never contacted me

Good luck finding the TV you want in the maze of TV boxes. It is kind of fun though, like a corn ? maze but with more electronics.

Service at this store is probably my worst experience ever. There were very few customers in the store, probably more employees than customers. I knew exactly what I wanted I called in advance to make sure they had it in stock, all they had to do is have someone bring the product out from the back. For 25 minutes I watched one associate helping a customer and he disappeared with the customer and I asked 3 associates for help but they said they were busy, at what I don't know but what I saw was all 3 of them wandering around aimlessly looking at their phone occasionally and giggling. The manager was working at the checkout I made him aware of my experience but his lack of a sense of urgency could be considered legendary. It's to bad because my last experience at Best Buy was at the Gurnee store on Black Friday the store was packed the service was great. I was in and out of the store in +/- 35 minutes with a major purchase. Today was my last trip to Best Buy's Crystal Lake facility. I sat in their parking lot and ordered the exact same product from Amazon and I'll have it tomorrow.
