I absolutely love this daycare. My family has been here for a couple of years and the director, Miss Amber is amazing. She’s the sweetest person ever and is absolutely so caring for each family. The teachers have such a caring heart and I’m so happy with the education here. My kids are so smart and all of the hands on activities they set up each day for my children to learn is excellent. Each week they are getting more intelligent with different skills and learning about the world with all the basics of course. This center is so clean and organized. I have had a bad experience with another daycare prior to attending Berkshire KinderCare and I can assure you I have never had a bad experience here and I feel my children are safe and cared for here everyday. Amber and teachers are the best and this mama recommends Berkshire KinderCare to all of the families because we sure are grateful this daycare is the best!

This is a review of their business practices, I'm not sure how well they do otherwise.I applied for a job here back in September, and heard back a couple weeks ago from Amber. We scheduled a phone interview, which I never received a call for. I called them and asked what was going on, to which they said Amber was out for the day. The woman on the phone "rescheduled" it for the day after, without ever telling me a time. I never received a call, and at this point I don't want to. Extremely poor communication.

Worst daycare I have ever been too. My kids thankfully don’t go here but wow . Numerous times I caught them on the phone not even interacting with the kids. I caught a teacher giving the kids hose water while outside. Each child’s taking turns one after The other. Disgusting ? . The director should be ashamed of her employees and herself

I’ve only been bringing my kids here for a few months but I love it and so do my kids. They enjoy going to school and have tons of fun! The teachers are great and very nice, they respond quickly and make sure to help you with any questions or concerns. I definitely recommend this daycare for any family looking for good care of their kids!

We absolutely love this location! The staff is second to none. They truly care for the well being of your child and do everything in their power to help your child learn and grow. I've seen them advocate to other organizations on behalf of the child when the parent's words aren't enough. Words don't express how much we appreciate everything they do for us every day. They make our lives easier by knowing our children are in such good care.

I have 2 kids at KinderCare Berkshire! my oldest has been there since he was a fresh 3yr old with Miss Amber... Fastforward 4 years later and Miss Amber is preparing to have my youngest start in her class! This "daycare facility" has become our second family and my childrens "Safe Haven". Our family has gone though a lot of change over the years and the amazing staff here has truly helped us all... EVERY step of the way! I base my next move off of the face that my kids will still be coming here for after school. As a mom, I am beyond thankful for this amazing batch of humans who love my kids as their own when I am not there. THANK YOU KINDERCARE FOR OUR SUPERHERO STAFF!! Keep it up Mrs. K and Staff!!! Love the staff. The curriculum is diverse and age appropriate. Pricing seems very consistent with other facilities in the area. My only complaint is the design of the parking lot. There are only 10 or so spots for staff and parents coming and going. Not ideal.

Kindercare has been such a tremendous help with before and after school care for me. I am extremely grateful their flexibility. Highly recommended!

Super friendly staff that really care for my boys like their own. Mrs. Kim is super awesome and always keeps me up to date with anything going on with the center, my boys, or classroom activities. Super clean. My boys never want to leave, but when they do everyone gets hugs. They also make sure that bus schedules during the school year get cleared and explained so there is never a problem or missed pickup or dropoff. Thank you everyone!!
