Was really impressed with the friendliness of the staff here! I wanted to leave a review to thank one of the staff members (I unfortunately didn't catch her name) who was so kind to show us a bunch of different scents - she had blonde hair and a lip piercing and was very funny and down to earth.I was in town visiting my mom who had a freebie and we were able to smell a variety of different ones - the first one she showed me was perfect but definitely not one I would've gravitated towards without her suggestion!The staff at the register were so friendly as well - thanks for making it a fun trip!

Justine and Diane were wonderful had a few issues with the online store and they helped me through the entire process to get my order fixed. I’m so grateful I got to work with such wonderful people through the problems.

I came in this store Monday evening. There was a lady by the door greeting. I did not get greeted. I walked around this store for about 10 mins looking for something and I couldn't find it. I saw 2 other workers asking other's did they need help finding anything. They saw me looking confused and they knew I was looking for something but never asked. That's when it hit me and I felt it. I grabbed my 3 items and went to the line. All Kristin the cashier said was do you have a phone number. She gave me a total of $42 something. I said I have rewards did they come off. She says oh you have rewards. I asked her again if they came off and she said yes. She gave me my bag and I had to ask for my receipt. She says I sent it to your email. I said I can't get inside of my email. You never asked me. The rasicm that I experienced I walked out crying. I told my husband and we walked back in to refund the items. No happy holidays,no did you find everything ok, no nothing. Do better. I will advertise this on social media.

Worst experience I've ever had with any Bath & Body store. The store manager, Michelle, had the worst attitude I've ever seen. She should be a role model for her employees and I can tell you I will never go to that store again and I purchase quite a bit, especially at Christmas time.I placed an online order and for the first time I had it go to the store for pickup instead of shipping it to my home. I was simply trying to save the $7.99 shipping fee because this was the third order I was placing in the last few weeks. The order had 28 items on it.I placed the order on Friday December 8th and on Saturday December 9th they packed it and sent me my first email stating it was ready. I went to pick it up 6 days later on Friday December 15th and I was told that the order was already put back in stock. Without knowing the dates Michelle told me that we have five days to pick it up and they add a Grace day which means we have six days to pick it up. Well, I told her, we were there on the 6th day so the order shouldn't have been put back in stock until the next day. So she lied to me about that. She had attitude immediately when I said we were here one day late which meant the 6th day. She didn't even take the time to realize the order should never have been put back in stock yet. She just had attitude and wanted me out of there because she was busy. I couldn't believe I was keeping calm because normally I would have laid into her.My husband who is normally very reserved and quiet sad oh my gosh she's being such a *****, let's get out of here. I said no I want my order and I want the prices. Michelle told me she had to call corporate and I said okay call them. She also said I don't even know if we have these items. She should have had the items because according to her extra day it should have even put back yet.She then grabbed a shopping bag and rudely said she would pack the order. I told her let me pack the order because you have to call corporate. She then told me that she would give me the order and she would deal with corporate later.That's when I asked who the store manager was and she told me it was her. I then asked her if there were other store managers and she told me no she was the only one. It was at that time I told her her attitude was terrible.She packed the order brought it back to the counter and then proceeded to help two other people pick up their orders. I still couldn't believe I didn't lose my cool because here I am with $150 order and she's helping somebody else pick up their items when I had already been in the store now for about 20 minutes.You would think, by her poor and rude attitude that she was a very young immature woman. She wasn't. For her to lose her cool without me saying a word tells you this Bath and Body Works store has the wrong manager. I will take my business to the Geneva store because I will never walk in the store again. The store also lost out on me buying six more candles because my husband wanted to get out of there so bad.A good store manager would pick up the phone and tell the customer that we needed to pick the order up. At that time she would have found out that my sister-in-law passed away on the 9th. I would have told her I would be in ON THE 6TH day to pick up. I wonder how much other sales the store loses because of this terrible store manager, Michelle. She obviously is TOO comfortable in her position.Oh and I just saw she didn't put my purchase on my rewards. Good store manager you have there.

Always a great place to go to get that special person something. Staff here are always friendly. Very easy to spend a lot of money.

The NICEST, most friendly, helpful staff. I placed an online order with the wrong store, an employee overheard and immediately offered to fill it there, saving me a drive. On a busy sale day, too. Store is always clean and well organized.

This location is always clean, well stocked, and every employee I've encountered has been friendly and helpful. Some of these nasty reviews tell me more about how they probably treat retail workers than they do about the employees. This will continue to be my go-to store.

The story is always neat and clean, and the staff is very helpful. Love the coupons! Lots of fragrances, my favorite is Palo Santo but good luck finding any body care products.

This bath and body works has the rudest employees. I was never greeted when I walked it and when I asked questions the demeanor was rude and annoyed. (especially Andrea) I was so disappointed. I was so nice to the employees because I didn't want to be a hassle but was met with nothing but rudeness. I would rather drive a further distance than to ever go back to this bath and body works.

Went in to see if they had the perfume, I like, and after taking the old bottle in, they realized it was a really old bottle, but great news for me.they do still carry that kind. YAY FOR ME
