Placed a online next day order for front and rear break pads, received the front pads damaged, so I went to my local store and was disrespected by the manager Sean who tried to argued with me that the pads were not damaged, that they all had cracks on the corners. I politely asked him to get me a replacement, when he did he was saying things under his breath, came back with the new pads and slammed them on top of the damaged pads and snatched open the box. I said look no cracks on the corner of the pads, he couldn’t say nothing to refute the clear fact that the pads I was sent was damaged, so he snatched the damaged pads from up underneath the good box of pads. Walked back saying something under his breath again. I asked him what did he say? He didn’t answer, I then him for his corporate number. Of course he gave me a false number. The manager Sean store #2513 is very unprofessional and a disgrace to the AutoZone brand and company. The way I was disrespected I will make sure everyone I know goes elsewhere for there diy projects.

Really excellent service when I’ve been here. Helpful, personable, and thorough. Little to no ribbing about my disastrous lack of car competence. Jessica gave me transparent advice, installed my windshield wiper replacements in 30* weather, and saved me from an incendiary conversation with the missus. Legend.

I really should learn his name and for that I apologize he's a dude been there awhile who has glasses beard can come of harsh but is just trying to make sure you're getting the right thing (I swear this dude get it more than anyone else) any way th place is great cause of him. Keep it up big guy.

Awesome service. My wife had called ahead because we needed a cabin air filter and Steve G. saw me pulling up and went ahead and grabbed it ahead of time for me. In and out in 2 minutes. Love the efficiency. Appreciate it, Steve!

Left the house with my headlight fine, an hour later it was out. I was right down the street from the Crystal Lake location, called to see if they had a bulb for my Fiat 500c, which they did. I made it there only a half hour before closing, and the sales guy was so sweet, friendly and helpful. He not only put the bulb in for me, but also took extra time to show me exactly where in the car to go and how to do it, in case I ever needed to do it myself. He also noticed the cover itself had a small broken piece and may need to be fixed or replaced, showed it to me specifically and told me about it, for when I take it in for service next time, so I could let them know about it. Wish I caught his name, but my receipt says CSR #47, working night of 3/30/23 - awesome guy, thanks again for all your help and info!
