Another tire service center actually recommended them to me because they couldn’t fix the hole in my tire because it was too big. I went to other place because of the Saturday issue but was back at Cassidy on Monday because they are the best.”

“Quality Mufflers and Brakes is open Monday thru Friday from 8:00 AM until 6:00 PM & Saturday from 8:00 AM until 3:00 PM. Our Muffler had dislodged over the weekend, making a loud terrible noise. We brought the car in first thing Monday and were serviced right away. And the cost was nominal - a very good value. The car is fine now.”

“Used several times in past - generally happy but had little blunder in original pricing quoted and they weren’t able to complete work (alignment) due to spacers being on my wheel - I feel like they should have known this before starting- now I have new problems with steering wheel alignment, BAS & ESP light which are all connected to steering wheel alignment being out - paid good money on front axles - this effort has caused me to lose a lot of confidence.
Update:Owner called me back a we got my Jeep back in and they were able to finish the alignment which fixed my steering wheel. alignment and stopped triggering ESP/BAP etc.”

Even after it was all done I was so excited to get my car back I left something very valuable in the rental and not only did they say “hey no problem we will get it”. They stayed open later and made sure I got it. This is a fantastic shop and really have a lot of great people working here. Trust your car here because I know I will! Not to mention my car was finished 6 days early!!!! Like wow way to deliver. Hats off and keep up the great work!”
“Bruce (owner) Gary (lead mechanic) are awesome any problem I have ever had with my truck they have been able to diagnose and fix it a reasonable amount of time, if it can not be fixed right away they say if it is ok to keep driving or if it should not be driven until fixed. I drive a 2015 T370 Kenworth and they are a good truck. I would highly recommend them for and truck or large vehicle that need's repair. Great on repair cost and amount of time it takes to get repairs made.”

“Just picked up my car from URW earlier today, 10/17/24 from a clutch and flywheel replacement for my '19 Civic Si. So far, so great. The job was done within a day and was the smoothest possible sailing I've ever had with a shop. Labor cost was a little high, but absolutely justified with the work that was done. I will almost definitely return with any future big jobs I need done and recommend others to do the same.”
