I really appreciated the thorough exam given by the doctor and how respectful the staff was throughout the visit. I came from another office that made me feel very uncomfortable, so I greatly appreciated how welcome we felt at this visit! The pleasant atmosphere of the office is something I have shared with many of my friends!

The staff is kind and takes our concerns about our pets health seriously, but I appreciate that they encourage supportive care vs expensive tests and procedures right away. The tech and the vet always take our concerns seriously and examines our dog thoroughly

Avoid Dr. Garr. She has next to zero compassion and does not elaborate on anything she says.

Just moved here and needed a vet. I loved my old vet, and it was hard to change. They are very thorough and explain everything. I think we made the right choice with this with this vet

We had to make the decision every pet owner dreads. The entire staff was amazing. Professional, yet compassionate. Our 15 1/2 year old puppy was their patient her entire life and they were always so good to her, as were they to her predecessor puppy.

A great veterinary clinic with wonderful Doctors and fantastic support staff! Dr. Tammy Garr Is excellent. We were days away from possibly putting our senior boy down and she gave us a combination of medication that calmed his anxiety and allowed him to start sleeping good at night. He’s almost back to his normal self.

Everyone was very friendly, I appreciated the timeliness of the appointment. I went in a few minutes early and was brought back right on time. Will be returning for the friendliness of the staff and the care they provided my cat.

I made an appt with Dr Garr as a 2nd opinion about my dog who was dealing with uncontrolled seizures and neurological issues. I felt my usual vet was rushing me and not going in depth and looking at his issues from all sides. I met with Dr Garr and Ismael and as hard as it was with the severe condition my dog was in, they were so caring and explained everything so well and both really took the time to understand his issues, his past care, and problem solved many tests and treatment options that weren't ever brought up with our original vet. I am sad to say that my dog died shortly after our visit but I was so grateful of the expertise and kindness the entire staff showed both of us. Thank you

Dr Wyatt has been amazing in taking care of our baby. The staff is super friendly, clean facility, easy to schedule with, reasonable pricing and everyone is very knowledgeable. They have all been so caring and take the time to explain procedures. Honestly the best vet we have been to and will be bringing our other dogs here. I would recommend them to anyone who wants the best care for their animals.

AMC Crystal Lake always takes gental care of our cats. I've seen about every vet there between our three cats (16, 11, and 7 years old). All have been patient and have listened to any of our concerns. Each of our cats have different medical conditions (kidney, urinary, and food allergies/hyperthyroidism) and each vet has been very informative along the way. After they diagnosed one of our cats with hyperthyroidism, we were able to quickly get him on medication and eventually got the I-131 treatment done.
While the cost is a bit higher than other vets we've been to, I can rely on them for splendid service.
The front desk ladies are also very kind and always greeting with a smile!

Dr. Wyatt is a terrific vet! She is caring and compassionate.. is has been a wonderful vet to my fur babies for many years! I would not trust their care to anyone else! Only downside- she is extremely difficult to get an appointment.. especially if you need urgent.

I've been going here for years, and the service is always really friendly. I trust that they're honest. The prices are a tad high, but for their great service and speed, it's worth it. They're always friendly and patient with my dog when she's hyperactive and are transparent about costs up front.

My pet does not enjoy going to see the vet, everyone there is so nice and efficient it makes her visit easier. We are in and out in no time at all. Doctor and her team are wonderful.
