We used them in 2021; I visited their website recently, to get their info for a friend. They worked hard to find us a great rate on a cross-country move, and our driver was excellent. Boxes were unlimited and provided to us free of charge. Pur experience with them was great.

Truck driver is an impatient l**** who flicked me off when he didn’t want to let me over when there was plenty of room. Very classy company ….

We had the one major move of our lives after 33 years of living in our home. The bid was the lowest and the service offered seemed comparable but we had major issues. First, the resources for the move were underestimated and it took 3 days to pack our furniture. Second, upon delivering our furniture there were adequate resources but furniture and boxes were not placed as directed causing a great deal of confusion for us after they left and a lot of work for the two of us to move heavy boxes and furniture to the proper rooms. Third, and most disappointing, was the damage to our furnishings: a chip in a painted Demilune; a split post on our very expensive four poster bed; a piece broken off on a gate leg table; and damage to a chest of drawers. When we put in our claims we were told that they did not do the damage and it would not be covered. For a quality furniture repair expert these repairs would not have been expensive and could easily have been performed by Adco but they have not taken responsibility for their mistakes, a normal cost of doing business. Price matters but quality, integrity, and service matter more.

The actual moving crew and Jared were polite, responsive and did a good job. However, during the move 2 expensive items broke and they would not pay for their replacement, or any amount at all! They snapped the mast on an enormous sailboat replica and broke a beautiful Tiffany lamp in half. When I called to report the two items were broken right away, the woman was very understanding and sent a form and told us not to worry, we had a year to submit the claim. My husband and I remember this distinctly. When she sent the form I did not read all the fine print. Plus, it is a second home so we aren't there very often. When we finally got settled and I submitted the form, it had been nine months and three weeks. They asked me for photos of everything which I submitted. Then they told me because I was past the nine month mark, and it did say that on the form somewhere, they wouldn't cover any of it!! Very disappointed! : (

Used Adco to move from Illinois to Florida. The process was super easy from the estimate to the final delivery. The men who packed us were professional and meticulous making sure everything was wrapped properly. We would highly recommend them whether you are moving across town or to another state job well done!

Start to finish they did an awesome job. The guys were extremely polite, professional and worked extremely hard on a very hot day. I could not have been more impressed with them. They were worth every penny and I would hire them again in a heartbeat!

We had a houseful of heavy furniture on 2 floors and a basement. (We had previously boxed and carted all of the other stuff prior to the move, mainly to save money.) Four guys showed up at 8 am, and worked their tails off filling 1 and a half trucks in 3 hours. They moved a piano, disassembled bulky furniture and a ping pong table, toted heavy leather sofas, etc. with a great attitude, were a pleasure to be around, and never nicked a wall. I felt silly buying the insurance after watching them do their thing.

Made a long haul move with United/Adco. Great service all the way through. Good office support and movers and driver were excellent. Same driver at pickup and drop off who knew what we needed and managed and worked with both crews on each end well. First long haul move and we were pleasantly surprised.

First rate job all around. Estimate was accurate and fair. The company kept me advised every step of the way. The Driver, George Simmons, was on time, courteous and professional. The truck was loaded quickly and correctly. When Hurricane Irma delayed the move in date, the company was very accommodating. They arrived on time, quickly moved me in and left. If I ever move again, this is the only company I will use
