I've been going to this 7-eleven since I moved down the street a few years back and lately they've been getting worse and worse with their employees, today I went to get a 15 dollar gift card for Xbox and i got ripped off the first time, and the second time as well, it's saying the code is not yet active, I have receipts, the first time I didn't even get in ringed up by the cashier, and the second time I payed the 15, activated it, but it's still not activated, I'm no longer buying any sort of gift card from this location going forward.

Nice,clean little store. Very friendly staff and great service. Owners are also very polite and professional.Been back to this location several times since my last review, it's always a pleasure and awesome experience

I live right down the road so I stop in multiple times a week. Every employee has been great, and they always keep the line moving the few times it happens to get backed up. I've never felt like I was kept waiting unusually long which is nice to know when I just want to grab something quick.

I visited the parking lot of this 7-Eleven at around 11pm with family members after an amazing night at a nearby escape room. We managed to escape the room before the volcanic eruption albeit with a fair amount of hints and extra time. We were hoping that our relative was working his shift, but we were a bit early and so another crew member was manning the register. We drove by slowly peering through the window and then backing up some, in hopes that our relative was working. The clerk quickly realized that we were suspicious and possibly casing the store for a robbery attempt. He came out of the store to let us know that he was aware of our suspicious behavior. Anyone visiting this store in the late evening should rest assured that they are safe and this clerk is on the lookout for suspicious behavior.

This location is terrible. The people behind the counter is rude, short, and ignorant. Not customer focused and I will never go there again. If I ever step foot in this store again, it's too soon. Do not shop here- Also, they have expired food and fruit. Just a bad spot. Crystal Lake can do better. We deserve better.
