This location is pretty bad. Slurpees never working, constant beeping from warming machines or coffee makers? Not sure. Never any food ready- pizza is old, hot dogs on the rollers too long. Ugh. Go to the one on McHenry Ave instead.

I liked it better when it was a white hen it was better all around can't think of a time since that the staff was not back handed and rude they refuse to let you use a card if they don't like the way you look

I just got a delivery from the store last night. I bought among a few other things 2 gallons of milk for approximately five dollars each. They’ve both been EXPIRED for THREE days. When I contacted the 7-Eleven delivery department they refunded me for 1 gallon. I tried to tell them four different times that I bought 2 gallons and all they did was resend the original message that I’ve been refunded for the 1 gallon and it’s impossible to communicate with anybody further.Selling milk that’s been expired for three days? That is just plain negligent. And refusing to refund me for both gallons after ruining my morning because I didn’t have any milk for my coffee? Now you’ve added terrible customer service on top of negligence and you’ve earned this 1 star review.

The service is great, the staff is nice, and the store is always clean. Just the odor of the burning plastic sometimes that bothers me.

Yesterday the srore manager amd an employee named Donnie were shouting across the store at another employee. They used kewords like "idiot" and called the man a "child" while there we're customers in the store. This is unprofessional and the owner should know to do something about it. Thank you 7-11

I was over charged for my coffee or doughnut this morning and asked to speak with a manager. I spoke with a gentleman named donny. He continued to call me a theif. And then said, you can leave the store or i will remove you from my store. All of the other employees respected me and told me to have a nice day. Management please do something about this.
