“This is a review on the sales person. Nicole was extremely good with placing us in a car fit for our needs. She was very mindful of our time and kept us within our strict schedule as we are very busy people. She has been extremely helpful with communication with the service team as the vehicle we purchased has since had several issues with the first 100 miles.
I would rate the overall dealership as a very negative review as they still haven’t been able to resolve these issues with my vehicle a month later and haven’t reached out in several weeks to see if any other issues has occurred because of it.”

“I previously had a bad experience with my car being improperly diagnosed. When I called 8A, they said they could take a look that same day. When I went in, they were honest, listened to me, and took the time to figure out the actual issue. They were also transparent about their pricing. While the diagnostic cost was a bit higher than what I had paid in the past, the way they treated me, and how quickly they were able to see my car, made it well worth it.
I’m happy to support a local business and reward people who are genuinely good at what they do. In the end, they were able to tell me exactly what was wrong with my car. Even though they do not perform that specific repair, they still took the time to talk through ways I could address the issue. I left feeling heard and taken care of.
You might pay a little more than you would at a chain auto shop, but it is WELL worth it. They do great work, and I would recommend them to anyone.”

In the process, Neal’s recommended these guys for tire balance and rotation for the old to new and they do dispose (of course at charge). Worth it! Done in maybe 20-30 minutes and did great work even if it was just on a tire swap and rotate. Thankful for small town styled work like this! Highly recommend!”

I did a test drive Tuesday afternoon, called my bank with the information on the vehicle that I wanted to buy and drove away with it Wednesday after payment was made. My first SUV to own and so far I love it. It looks and drives just as it was advertised. Very honest people that have been in the same location for 41 years.
