We had the privilege of speaking to Allan Hall today for a roof inspection. After speaking with him my husband and I are happy to get started on the project. Allan helped us in understand the process every step of the way. We are excited to get started with this company.

Zero stars is what I would like to put here if it was an option. Your company set up a booth soliciting business at the fall festival in our town. We spoke with your representative and were impressed with what we heard. We decided that we were interested in having a quote for windows and siding on our home. My wife said that it seemed a little bit disorganized when she called, but scheduled the appointment for this past Saturday at 1 PM. You guys called on Friday and confirmed the appointment for Saturday at 1 PM and we planned our day around that. One o'clock came and went and we heard nothing. I waited until 1:30 before I called and was transferred to your answering service who took down our name and information and verified they would forward the information along and someone would be in contact with us. Two days later, no response from anyone. I'm a very understanding person but when you operate a business with that little regard for your potential customers, you clearly are not a ccompany worth doing business with! Obviously, we dodged a bullet in dealing with your company and hopefully this review can save somebody else in the future.

Perfect Choice was the Perfect Choice for repairs needed around my fireplace chimney. I have been anxious and worried about water leaks especially every time it rains!
Alan visited today and inspected the roof and wrote a fair and reasonable estimate. I readily agreed to the terms and look forward to the resolution in the near future.

Alan Hall and Webb Hasenyager reviewed my roof/window situation this summer.I think they performed the evaluation I needed—moisture issues and ventilation. The half-roof replacement, the new window, and siding were completed efficiently and all debri carefully removed.The teams of workers were skilled and hardworking. I received what I asked for. I am very satisfied!!!!

Alan Hall was here and spoke me and daughter about getting our roof repaired/replaced. He sat down with us both and explained throughly what would done, financing, and how he got the estimate for the work. Alan was prepared and answered all the questions we had and made sure we understood what he was explaining. I am truly impressed by his expertise and we gave him our business. Thank you Alan!

We are in the first stage of the process however Alan has been extremely well he explains everything and shows to make sure you understand. He even worked with us having a family emergency and needing to reschedule. Him as a person and being so open and honest is the reason we started the process
Edited to add the project is complete and I am so excited with the results a new roof and new gutters! It looks absolutely amazing! Amanda in production is the best ever she not only did her job but she made sure to let me know everything and answer any and all of my questions!!!

I would have not guessed he's been with your company that short of time. He Is very professional, honest, personable, and he is not pushy leaving it to the customer to decide. Brandon was very keen to detail and would highly recommend him! He explained everything very throughly and if we had any questions or doubts he made sure to resolve those concerns right there. Also a great added bonus was he was great with our dog as well, as he's a barker.
