My son's car was towed for no insurance from Pekin to Joe's Creve Coeur location 321$ is what they wanted at 4 p.m. we could not make it until 8:00 the price had jumped $100 and they would not allow us to pay for the car after 6:00 which made another $50 this is supposed to be a family-owned business there are no family vibes going off here I will never in a million years use Joe's tow company nor will I recommend it to anyone it is in my opinion that they have the legal right to rape your wallet and steal your vehicle these things should be illegal they should not be able to charge you storage twice in a 12-hour period which is exactly what they did the quality of service was also crappy into out of the three facilities. Bloomington and Creve Coeur I hope this place Burns to the ground and the insurance company burns them as well ridiculous

The worst of the worst. Most incompetent individuals. Incredibly rude, give you different answers each time you speak to them. Fabricate work being done so they can gouge you with the price. NEVER USE THEM!

My fiancé wrecked his car on black ice. Wasn’t in an illegal parking spot or some bullsh!t. It was an accident and they won’t let us get our daughters car seat out of the car. I would use a different towing company in the future or if you have the choice to not use Joes to begin with, don’t.

I drive large vehicles and few tow companies can get me out of jams. Joe's can and does quickly with a wonderful friendly attitude. I truly appreciated that when I was most frustrated at getting stuck both the lady on the phone and the gentleman in the truck treated me with respect and sympathy. If I am ever in the area again, and need their services, I will call right away.

I wrecked into a fire hydrant due to losing control of my truck because i went slightly off the road and this ditch vrabbed my wheel and i couldnt steer out of it. The police had my truck towed by joes and when i went to look at it my headlight was still there week later when i was able to pay the 700 doller fee to get it out my passenger headlight was smashed out my paseenger mirror was smashed out and there js no way that fire hydrant smashed them...their drivers are unprofessional and neglegent!!! Will be contacting lawyer to see my options!!!

Ended up waiting 3 hour after I was told an hour or less. Called 3 times because they never yme the link to pay . They never told me that the tow truck was coming from Bloomington and why can't figure it out because we were only 2.8 mile away. It blows my mind that Joe's has a 2star rating on yelp. It just points to the ruthlessness of the online community. We had an absolutely amazing experience tonight. Though SafeCo took 4+ hours to connect us with a Road Side Assistance provider, once Joe's was assigned to us, the process was easy and relatively quick. Kyle came in a flat bed and did an amazing job getting my friend's 98 Cherokee back to the house. He navigated the curvy roads in the neighborhood with ease and got our car lowered down exactly where we needed it. thank you again Kyle & Joe's Towing! Would highly recommend.

Very prompt, professional service. Only waited around 15-20 min after being told 30-45. Guy showed up when we broke down, and got us on our way within 20 min. Every other company we called told us it would be 2-3 hrs min. when we were in downtown Peoria. Don't get mad because they towed your car from the weed store.

Rudest people ever. Took 2 days for them to be there so we can get our car. These rude secretaries got all offended towards my dad said he was being rude i was listening to the whole thing. Don't even have a person in the office to get your car, expected to wait in our car. Waited 3 hours withno end in sight. So rude i would rather gouge out my own eyes as to speak or deal with these arrogant unprofessional people again.
