Changed the transmission fluid cheap on my 1990 corvette and gave me a veterans discount. Very satisfied. They quoted me transmission work on my Ford Fusion half the price of the dealership. Good customer service and reasonable prices.

Jim's Transmission was great. I brought in my car expecting a huge transmission expense & was pleasantly surprised that it was just a gasket, a quick & inexpensive fix. They're my new transmission guys!

Did a transmission overhaul, supposedly on our traverse. Bill had no details about what they actually did. 3 months later car is behaving exactly the same. Took it back. They claim we now have an engine problem. Checked codes and the engine is not throwing any codes. So it appears they don't really stand behind their work. I'd never go to them again and recommend no one else does either.

I needed help with my torque converter aligning with the pump shaft on my transmission. I took it to their shop and they helped me out on getting it installed. I really appreciate you helping me out with this. Clean shop, very kind and decent person. Will for sure be bringing my cars over if I need any worked done.

dropped my truck off on a Monday at 3pm with transmission problems. Had an answer in 45 mins(didn’t charge to diagnose). Had a call Friday morning at 830 it was finished. Drives like a dream. Bought it with problems and the difference is like night and day. Really cool guy I worked with I didn’t get his name. 2000 gmc Sonoma 4wd. Just don’t do like I did and leave the guys with hardly any gas to test drive it after repaired haha!Service: Transmission replacement

I paid these guys 1,500 to rebuild my transmission on my 1989 Chevy Caprice bc my reverse wasn't working I put about 300 miles on my car the reverse went out AGAIN granted they fix it now it's doing the same thing needless to say I haven't put over 600 miles on the transmission and of course the warranty is over a year after the guy told me after they fix it the second time if it's any problem bring it back I don't really drive the car much but now I can't drive it at all DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THESE GUYS 1500 down the drain

Fantastic service by the team here, I worked with Clint and Kevin I believe? Apologies if I've mistaken names. I'm from out of town and was having transmission issues with my 2014 Ford Transit Connect Titanium, was recommended this place after getting an oil change at Grease Monkey. They weren't busy at the time and had my van up and transmission topped off within 30 minutes then Kevin did a test drive. Transmission was slow in shifting out of 2nd, sounds like my torque converter may need a replacement. Not looking forward to having to replace that, very thankful to the team at Jim's for their quick and honest expertise.

My old 2004 Dodge 2500 4x4 lost 2nd gear. They fixed it for a very reasonable price in one day without removing transmission. 2000 miles later, truck still shifts like it should. Great job!Service: Transmission
