Well worth it for me.

Disappointed with the service here and the pricing. Im going to switch back to club car wash. Here does not prespray the car and it doesn't get it very clean. At the top tier package i expect to leave with a clean exterior and not still areas with bird droppings and bug splats. Also the scanning sensors are messed up, the far right one is the worst, but every time we have to try several times and flag down an employee to even get it to work. This has happened 4 times in the past month alone. Not worth the hassle. They never run any promotions and unlike club car wash they dont offer towels for dusting/cleaning your interior or air freshers. I had hoped since its close to home it would be convenient and easy but instead i just regret coming everytime.

Lowest wash is $5 even though big sign on front of building says $3. Employee says new owners haven't got around to change sign.
3 year later revision.
The wash itself is mediocre. Water still remains on the car after you exit. Maybe a blower issue. All my windows still have dirt as if the brushes barely touched them. There's always a film residue on the windshield, something greasy, maybe wax?. And last but not least, there are obvious signs of scratches on the paint in some areas. Just a bad experience overall.

I come from the neighboring town just to wash my car here. Always been my favorite. But I noticed they got rid of the $5 wash and also don’t dry the car all the way like it used to. But it’s ok. I don’t feel comfortable going to any other car wash and I can dry my car with shop towels. Plus hot days dry cars faster. It’s also very satisfying to scrub the bug juice and bird poop off before paying for a wash.

Something is always broken. Employees are too busy messing with their own vehicles to fix things. Cancelled both of My personal accounts and I know of a few businesses that have cancelled their accounts.

Cleans well. Be aware of strong spray. Loose pieces on vehicles will come off.

I was at the Creve Coeur location the other day, and while I was out scrubbing the bugs off my car at the bug prep station (which I really like by the way) the manager came up and introduced himself and offered me the 9.99 membership deal that is going on. He had explained everything very well and in detail, and I said you know what I’m going to give it a try! Upon exiting the wash and vacuuming, he had even came up to me to see if I had gotten a good wash. Very professional and excellent customer service from that gentleman!!! Great wash, vacuums had good suction. I will be telling my friends and family about my experience.
