“Wow!!!!! This is my first ever review. At first I was very skeptical to look at vehicles being sold at used car lots ( very skeptical). Especially one that's located in Chicago Heights, no offense. I admit that I read every single review before deciding to call the dealer. I wanted just to speak to a salesman first to see what kind of vibe they give me. After speaking to the Mr. Green for five minutes I knew that I was going to give them a chance. My instincts did not let me down. O.t Auto Sales is a small family store that truly care about there customers and does not treat you like your just a number unlike some of the bigger dealerships. The atmosphere surrounding the store was very clean and friendly. I only dealt with Mr. Green who was very professional and made me feel very comfortable. He applied absolutely no pressure on me to purchase a vehicle the same day and allowed me enough time to think and pray about possibly purchasing my next vehicle without calling and hounding me. When I came back to test drive the vehicle, O.t auto allowed me to take the vehicle to my own mechanic to get it check out.Another concern of mine was financing at a small dealership. What kind of interest rates? Would my information on file be safe guarded? etc.... Like I said before Mr. Green is an ultimate professional, he demonstrated to me how my information would be safe guarded and I eventually purchased my vehicle with a 3.1% a.p.r on a used 2014 Chevrolet Equinox. I referred my girl friend to him and she had an equally great experience and vowed to buy her future vehicles from him. We both recommend O.t Auto Sales to any one that is looking for a vehicle.........I waited over a month to do my review because I wanted to see how my vehicle held up. So far so good..Way to go O.t Auto Sales!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!”

“I Purchased my 2008 Dodge Nitro on August 8, 2023. Im giving 4 stars because of a small issue that I have with the mileage that was reported on the bill of sale. I called and asked some question in regards to this and she explained multiple reasonings behind this mishap and made me feel comfortable after she explained what happened.So, from the time that I purchased the car up until today Deonna has been EXTREMELY helpful and lenient with me. When I say extremely I mean it because I was going through financial difficulties after/before purchasing the vehicle and had a small remaining balance. I was late on the only two payments that I owed the dealership and she definitely helped me out with late fees and being understanding of my situation. I don’t think that you should take advantage after reading this comment because just because I was blessed doesn’t mean you will be but she was extremely helpful.Again, this is a USED car dealership which means that your USED car will come with minor mechanical problems. My engine works great and the car runs so smooth even when I go over my mileage for an oil change. I appreciate them for their leniency and customer service because I am 100% sure major car dealerships would not do a lot of things that they did for me and explained to me. Thanks again Deonna!!”

“I purchased my SUV from them a little over 2 years ago. At the time, the vehicle needed repairs to be operational, which they did. I did what anyone looking to buy a used car should do…check the car fax and have a mechanic look at it. It needed a little bit of work, but it was reasonable in price and I wanted something that would be good in the winter. I’ve been keeping up on oil changes and maintenance and I’ve had no major issues for 2 years.Just last month my power steering went out. I took it to a few places for estimates and was told it was the power steering column, mine is electric so it would be over $2k to repair. Upon further research, found that this is a common issue for this vehicle and it should have been included in a recall suit against the company but for some reason this particular year model was left out.I decided to take a chance and reach out to where I bought it from to see if they could help bc $2k right now just isn’t in my budget. To my surprise Mike went out of his way to help fix my vehicle at a fraction of the cost. I know eventually I will need to replace it with a new part, but this is a life saver for the time being. I wasn’t expecting any sort of help, especially after 2 years of having the vehicle and an “as is”warranty. Mike really went above and beyond to help me. Great guys Mike and Eddie. Thank you both so very much!!”

“I recently purchased a 2007 Chevy HHR, and while Dan put no pressure to purchase a warranty I did based on previous experience at another dealer. Within a week i discovered a small gasoline leak. Of course the warranty I purchased did not cover that. (I did not get the most expensive option) When I called Dan he told me where I could take it and upon picking it up I was charged NOTHING! I understand/ understood the issues with buying a used car but it is this kind of serve after the sale that makes the whole thing worth it. I plan on looking for another car for my daughter and you can bet I am shopping there first.”
