I wanted to give a 4 star because the people in the store were so nice and the convenience of not having to wade through a big box store was nice. However, i knew what i wanted to do and what i needed for my projects but i had questions, i had never used some of the materials before. I did not get alot of helpful answers and at one point the person helping me said " i really dont know, i dont work with this stuff". I like ACE hardware, and Menards cause thetes always someone to answer my questions. This was my first visit to crete lumber. Some items, which I bought, were cheaper than big box, and some items i did not buy cause they were significantly more expensive. Overall, it was a decent experience. When i dont feel like going out to menards i would go to crete lumber again.

I needed a couple of 16’ decking boards, and after I got there I realized I wasn’t going to be able to get them home safely. They delivered them the next morning for a reasonable price.

Recently broke a brand new window. Took it to Crete lumber to be repaired. Given a small window of time before a holiday, my window was still completed within a reasonable time frame and everyone was very nice and courteous. We will be back. Thank you guys!!
