It’s very important to me to have auto care/ maintenance that I can trust. Every time I have taken my care there I am treated with professionalism and courtesy. They are very knowledgeable and caring. They were even kind enough to give me a ride to pick up my vehicle. I highly recommend them!

the only 2 times I've brought my vehicle there, I had issues. I would t have brought it there the 2nd time if not for convenience a d timing, but there will not be a third.
My fiance needed spark plugs replaced and a tune up. She gets her car back and a day later all of her coolant spills out and she needed a tow
Turns out, the radiator cap was completely off and fell down into the car. Nobody from this establishment noticed it, fixed it, or admitted to it.
A waste of our time and got us nervous and worked up over a small mistake that fould've been fixed had they been thorough and not been negligent. Awful awful awful

We’ve taken our vehicles to Rob for years. Their prices are reasonable, but their service is outstanding. Always willing to help however they can. I highly recommend them to anyone seeking quality auto service.

I recently had a check engine light on and heard about this place from people in my town. I was looking into a trustworthy place (because they are hard to find) and was so happy that I found that here! They were kind, helpful, and quick. My car has been great since!

Again Crete Service Center came through with flying colors. I just want to say anyone looking for great mechanics to service your vehicle look no further. I've been taking my car there now for awhile and had yet to be disappointed especially with all the dishonesty in the business these days. After making my appointment my car was finished the same day. Rob you guys are the best and rock on! I definitely will tell my friends to check you guys out when needing great service. Hope I don't have to see you any time soon. That means my 22 year old vehicle is running good. But if and when a problem occurs I'll be there.

I have been to Crete Service numerous times over the years whether it’s for timing belt, AC, oil change, tires, etc., and they always provide excellent service, fair prices, and not pushing anything extra- They go above and beyond!
