If I could give this zero stars I would. TOTAL SCAM!!!
Pretty sure the tow truck that picked up my car gets a commission for taking cars to them. The tow truck guys was super insistent on taking it here because he swore they had better service than the one we had already picked out. They had the car for over a month and kept pushing the date for when it would be ready for pick up.. then they would send my calls to voicemail had to call several times to get an answer. We were told it was ready for pick up and when we got there you could tell the horrible work they had done and extremely over charged!
Every person we had interactions with were rude! DONT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!

So apparently the insurance company picked them for the job & now it’s a big mess. One of their employees drove the car home to do detailing and apparently our car was stolen from in front of his house. How do your car go from getting repairs done to the car being stolen? He had no business leaving somebody else’s car over night left unsecured like that. When he got done detailing the car it should have been parked back at the shop. So now it’s a big mess due to their negligences. So it’s clear that this company is taking people cars from the shop & using them for personal matters or whatever they are doing. Without the customer’s knowledge of them taking the cars to a personal residence for service & now our car is stolen all of a sudden. Just thought that I will share my story because this is so unexceptionable and unprofessional.

Just got my daughters vehicle Fixed from here and we were having trouble everywhere else wasn’t able to do it and having a lot of issues and they came through the part for us put it on at a great price and everybody was super amazing there. This place was recommended by the tow truck driver sent by the insurance company after my vehicle was hit. I had never heard of them but trusted they would do a good job. The staff was really nice but the work was not good and I believe they overcharged the insurance. I am not satisfied with the quality but am glad i at least got my car back. Hector and Aaliyah were great but if i could go back i would not have trusted the recommendation of the tow truck driver.

They got me in and out quickly and the work was very sufficient. They even got me a used window with tint already on it like mine, and got my door open that was stuck.Glad to have them in my neighborhood.Especially as a woman, if you’re looking for a “no-jerk-around” shop, this is it. Hector is the BEST!!!!
