“I've been coming to this place for years! It's usually always a long wait but the awesome service is what makes up for the wait. Today I took my car in and waited. When it was my turn, a young guy named Michael came to take my car in, I stated that I could drive in and he rolled his eyes and with an attitude said follow me. I drove in the bay and as he was attempting to guide me, he expressed an attitude again! When he began to service my car, he started on the correct side, stopped and went to the other side. When he started to unscrew my lug nuts, I let him know he was working on the wrong tire. He rolled his eyes, huffed, and said he's working on what they said. I said that's not the right tire. With an attitude, he stood up, snatched the paper he was working on and tried to show me. I just asked for a manager. He walked off like a 5year old and told his manager. Thankfully he manager was able to assist me because I asked that he not touch my car. Someone with that kind of attitude working on my car can't be trusted. I need to feel safe and cared for with something that could cost me my life if done incorrectly. I hope he gets some customer service training because his attitude is not good! Hopefully that's the one and only bad experience I'll ever have here at this tire shop.”

“My car got into a pretty bad accident and I brought it over to Kallsmeyn to get a quote for insurance damages. I had the pleasure of having Damian as my mechanic. He is very well versed on motor vehicles!Prior to coming in my insurance tried to snub me with a low quote on repair but Damian took the time to investigate and relay to my insurance that if done with that estimate it wouldn’t be safe to drive the car. He went tooth and nail and gave me a detail quote for damages — really went above and beyond here. Not to mention I kept bugging them with calls and not once did he show a hint of annoyance. Very glad to have met Damian and glad I went to Kallemeyn for the repairs.”

“After googling the tire shops around my area I discovered Tire Zone. The reviews were good, it was close so I gave them a call. Told them the tire size I needed and was told to come on in no appointment needed.When I got there it was BUSY the bays all full and cars waiting outside was high too. I figured I'd be there at least a few hours. But then I watched the guys work. It was amazing how fast they did everything. I believe they served about 8 cars before they got to mine. I pulled it in and within 5 minutes my car was ready to go. The staff was great the prices were fair and I'd highly recommend Tire Zone to anyone needing a good quality used tire or tire repair. They have other services too and though I haven't used them I would bet the quality, care and speed along with fair prices would hold true. I know now that I have a fair place to bring my car in for used/new/repair tires. And I won't have to sit there all day like a lot of other shops where the workers tend to stand around not doing much. I'd give them 10 stars if possible!”

“My car had a leakage of air, and my tire was flat. It was on a Sunday when most shops are closed in the evening. The owner and the other workers were very attentive and found the problem to my tire really quickly. It was the valve that was letting the air out of the tire. The owner was knowledgeable and he also told me to not buy a tire, that it was not needed since it only had a minor scratch. I was going to buy the whole tire but this man did not cheat me. He was honest about his job and did not cheat me with excessive amount or making me pay for unnecessary parts to the sensor and valve. Thank you so much!! I really appreciate it. I really needed my car for my job the next day.”
