“I've been to this location several times and have ALWAYS received excellent customer service. I usually make an appointment so I have never experienced long wait times. However, I went in for a flat tire repair without an appointment. I was told I could wait or leave the tire. I was told it would be about an hour so I chose to wait. I watched the tech not only fix and mount the repaired tire, he also checked the pressure in all 4 tires along with checking the tire lugs. This is my go to tire store and will continue to be.”
“My car got into a pretty bad accident and I brought it over to Kallsmeyn to get a quote for insurance damages. I had the pleasure of having Damian as my mechanic. He is very well versed on motor vehicles!Prior to coming in my insurance tried to snub me with a low quote on repair but Damian took the time to investigate and relay to my insurance that if done with that estimate it wouldn’t be safe to drive the car. He went tooth and nail and gave me a detail quote for damages — really went above and beyond here. Not to mention I kept bugging them with calls and not once did he show a hint of annoyance. Very glad to have met Damian and glad I went to Kallemeyn for the repairs.”

“My wife set up en early future appointment for our flat tire. Discount Tire Valled a day ahead and informed us of a at-home service they offer. It's an extra fee ($50 for us) and we desperately needed to get the tire fixed. We're set to go on a road trip tomorrow. The service over the phone was a bit time consuming, but they made it easy and stress-free. Professionalism didn't stop at the phone. Once the service tech made it to hoir location, he too was very polite and quick. I highly recommend this service. We were able to pay ahead online and we're able to charge the same card for the additional fee. Very grateful for them.”

He went back and got the right tire and 5 minutes later he was back to work. It took about 10 minutes to get the tire on. This was some of the most efficient work I've gotten. “Hub Cap City is cool. Solid services advertised, hubcaps.However, they rent the lot in the back to TOW CITY and they are a shiesty tow company that operate out of there. Had my car for 4 days and tried to charge me $7200 which is outrageous, like why not just do fair business and make more money.”
“Totally excellent experience. I wanted to have my tires rotated.
There though was a tire lock on two of my tires. The dealer had no idea how to get them off. But to do so, it would have cost over $700. Took it to Discount Tire, where I had the tires replaced 7 months ago. The guy at the desk was very nice. Within about half an hour or so, the technician came out and said my car was ready. No more tire locks, and they rotated my tires and aligned them. I asked how much I owe them. He said it was free because I bought the tires from them. I was shocked! Very happy, but shocked, in the most pleasant way. Thank you for your service quality!”
“I've had Kris and the guys work on my 2005 Subaru Baja since I bought it. Through oil changes, new tires, batteries, windshield wipers, a cracked radiator and other repairs they have been courteous, efficient and quick to help. They are why my Baja has 193,000+ miles and still runs great. Their prices are fair and their service is better. As a single woman finding a safe place to have the mysteries of an automobile's problems solved is a big deal. I trust this business. “After googling the tire shops around my area I discovered Tire Zone. The reviews were good, it was close so I gave them a call. Told them the tire size I needed and was told to come on in no appointment needed.When I got there it was BUSY the bays all full and cars waiting outside was high too. I figured I'd be there at least a few hours. But then I watched the guys work. It was amazing how fast they did everything. I believe they served about 8 cars before they got to mine. I pulled it in and within 5 minutes my car was ready to go. The staff was great the prices were fair and I'd highly recommend Tire Zone to anyone needing a good quality used tire or tire repair. They have other services too and though I haven't used them I would bet the quality, care and speed along with fair prices would hold true. I know now that I have a fair place to bring my car in for used/new/repair tires. And I won't have to sit there all day like a lot of other shops where the workers tend to stand around not doing much. I'd give them 10 stars if possible!”

I forgot the gentleman’s name who assisted but he was extremely professional and was very nice to talk to as he repaired the tire. The price was also very reasonable!
