Absolutely horrible..Totally lazy employees..It is already closed in the restaurant at 7pm on a Friday..Their pathetic excuse was that the men's bathroom was having issues..Easy solution..Post a sign that the bathroom is out of order. You don't shut down the entire restaurant to the public. Lazy part on management..???????

This is the best Wendy's. Welcoming workers, best food, so good. The reason people usually don't like the place is because they are not very cool people. The managers are super nice and understanding.Kid-friendliness: The food will fill up your kids :)

Really appreciated this older Caucasian woman at the drive thru window. She was so patient and I was on the phone busy talking with my patient I am a hospice nurse. She shook up my orange juice for me and put all condiments I could ask for without even asking , great customer service and kindness !

I am so upset. I love Wendy’s but I need them to get my order right. All I wanted was plain crispy chicken sandwich and I didn't get it. I got two other kinds of chicken sandwiches. Then what made me even more mad is that I tried to call to talk about how my order was messed up but the phone just beeped. Like the phone was disconnected! No ringing, no voicemail, nothing. So now I have to drive all the way back with cold food to hopefully get my order fixed. I wanted fast food. Not complicated food. I hate when my order is wrong because then I have to return to the location after driving home (when I should just be enjoying my meal) and I have to ask for new food. And I’m not trying to waste food but now that I came back I want the whole order replaced. I don’t want my cold fries with my fresh sandwich… Please check your orders when the customer is placing the order and please try to be careful packing the order. I don’t care if it takes longer if I am getting what I paid for and what I expected to get.
