Crestwood Illinois Location is not putting 6-Packs of Snapple Apple out for sale. Employees are opening them & selling them individually which cost 60 cents more per bottle. I can NEVER find 6-packs available at this location. They don't do this with any other Snapple flavors. They are price gouging customers when they do this. A 6-pack is $5.26 ea. But when they open them to sell individually they are $1.45 ea bottle

Worst Walmart in the south suburbs. Inventory for feminine products are mostly scented and toxic hardly any organic options. Pallets of inventory all over the dang store and the cashier was an airhead. She didn't bag my items during 2 separate transactions now I'm missing items I paid for because I was distracted by that.

I recently placed an order for two tops and capris. When I received them they were not according to the size and also clearly made with cheap and inferior fabricl The sleeve on the T shirt was coming apart. I tried for over an hour to return them on line but it was not specific on how to send them back. Called Customer Service in Crestwood and I was told they were sent by a "third party .and they were not returnable. Where in the world is the "third party" ? Not any way to contact them or find out who they are. I shall never ever step inside their store nor will I ever order any items from them. The store employees need training dealing with customers.

This Wal-Mart is horrendous. Employees do not know how to do their jobs. Zero Customer Service. A new manager should be appointed and full retraining of staff is desperately needed.

Waited for curbside pickup for a half hour went inside and was told I have no choice but to wait tried to call and after 10 mins the call was disconnected tried this 4 times. After an hour I left. Someone needs to fix this curbside and customer service is a joke. Management needs to be replaced with someone who knows what they're doing!!

I used to dread going to this Walmart, but they've definitely improved over the last few months. I went in the store to shop a couple of times within the past few months, and the shelves were neatly stocked and the employees were all super polite and helpful. Then today, I decided to try grocery pick up again after about a year of giving up on them. The majority of my large order was in stock, and they brought it out pretty quickly with how busy the pick up area was. I waited maybe 5-10 minutes tops. The man that loaded my groceries was very polite and even brought my bread items up to the front without me having to ask. I was missing one item, but it's definitely not a big deal considering how big my order was and how terrible their grocery pick up used to be. Glad I decided to give them another shot.

First the positive: this Walmart is large and generally has what I need. The negative: I have gone in to the customer service area- to return things about 4 times after 8pm, and each time they have said the customer service area closed early. A few times they said they were understaffed so they closed early. One time, they said they closed at 9:30 and then said wait, what time is it, to which I replied 9:05 and she said, it closed at 9. I've tried calling ahead of time to see if the customer service area is open, and I've never had someone answer the phone. I truly don't understand this. Tonight, I went in to check that there was someone working it and there was a woman- who I believe was a manager in the customer service area- explaining to a customer why they couldn't process a return by scanning the credit card. So I went out to my car and returned with my item to return only to be told that she closed it at 10. I said, I was literally right here, saw you behind the counter trying to help someone, so I went out to my car to get my item and bring it back. She said I was helping because we are understaffed, but it's closed. So, I proceeded to return my item to my car and then go back inside to make my other purchases. On my way out, there was a staff member at the door turning people away, saying they closed early. I get that it was difficult earlier in the pandemic to have normal business hours, but if you can't staff your store properly now, then don't say you have regular business hours when you actually don't. It's very frustrating.

What else can you say about Walmart it's a big box store it has everything you need. It shut down a lot of small mom and pop places and it's not really paying the employees what they are worth.

Do not ever shop with curbside pickup at this location. You get there and is says to call this number. No answer and mailbox is full. You'll just sit there until someone eventually comes out. I waited 20 minutes then went inside. They told me to go back out and wait. Wouldn't even give me my order. So back out here I sit until I hopefully get my order. Another 40 mins so far. Won't ever make this mistake again

If I could give it a negative score, I would! No cashiers at 9:40! Yet you see the self checkout around to the delay!! Zero customer service or at the very least common courtesy or common sense!!! It's beyond ridiculous! They close at 11 but not one cashier available at 9:40!! Total waste of time! Walked out and left the whole cart full!

Decided to order a few items online for pickup to minimize any disruptions with studying and received notification that my order was ready for pick up at 3:45p...15 minutes before I expected..ok great..I proceed to drive to Walmart and arrive at 4:03p..park in one of the designated spots and called the number listed to check in..no answer..I leave a voicemail and wait...nothing..so o call back..no answer..this should have been the first red flag...no one ever answered...I stop and noticed that there are at least 6 other cars already waiting and after 15 minutes of sitting there waiting..noticed that no one ever came out...it was not until one of the ladies started banging on the door that anyone came out and to all of our dismay...found out that NONE of the orders were ready! Not one! They were just started to put the orders together. Now...instead of checking in with the people already waiting..they started bringing orders out randomly walking from car to car asking names...it is now 5:35p and I am STILL waiting for my order...I would have done better going inside! This was the first and last time that I do the Walmart pick up option for this location...what's sad is that I have used this option at several other locations and NEVER experienced anything like this!! DO BETTER!! I really wish there was a zero star option.

After bad experience at the bridgeview Walmart. I did online order from Crestwood location and I went to pick up my order. I noticed they tried to give me a used vacuum . I didn't even leave the store. I asked for a new one not used. They said they couldn't return the vacuum????? Huh.. this was a pick up and I am showing you before I leave the store it was a open used vacuum . Had to call a manager to resolve an it. Buyers beware check your product before you leave the store.

If you want to commit fraud, this is the store to do it in. I had my credit card "stolen" and charged to this store for curbside pick up. I called the store to ask them to tag the order and call the police (I filed a police report) when the person arrives to pick up the order. The store manager said he didn't want to be bothered with it, and just wanted to cancel the order rather than trying to catch the person stealing my identity and stealing from his store.
