Kayla Walker took care of me while at the store. She is so proffesional, yet personable, and a joy to do buisness with. She is well educated and easy to talk to. I had Kayla very knowledgeable and confident in what she was selling me. Had me in and out of there in 20 minutes, didn't pressure me on things I did not want. Came for internet service and so far so good easy process.

Stay away from the Crestwood location! The employees have no idea what they’re doing and the managers aren’t any help either. I had billing issues that they couldn’t get fixed for 3 months, called corporate Verizon and it was all fixed in 20 minutes. You’ve been warned

Don’t go to the store. They are offering promotions that don’t actually exist and then will raise your bill. Store manager was no help either

SCAMMERS & FRAUDULENT ACTIVITY. I posted a review 2 weeks ago regarding a promotion that went completely wrong and resulted in me going up to this location about 10 times now. After days of talking to customer service it has been discovered that my extremely high bill (2k) is because of fraudulent activity on the general managers end. It’s truly sad that this third party Verizon store scams customers out of their money and acts as if they are “waiving” fees and giving us “the best” deals. Please be aware of third party Verizon stores ESPECIALLY this one.

Titus and Nick were both great!!! They both took their time to help with transferring over from our other provider and explained the differences in phones… Definitely recommend this store if they are there!
