I was here at T mobile store Crestwood. And manager was so rude. Her name is Shaina. She was not even talking to us I gave them a lot of business I have total 10 lines with t-mobile and they are not ready to help us. I was waiting here she was not agreeing with me for that I had to drive 35 min to get my old phone. She’s saying her self manager but she’s not. She’s not supposed to be here at this position. Staff is very nice helped me a lot before. But this time manager is being bogus to me. Even I was here again and she told her staff to take care of the other customer first who came after me. This is very disappointing very bad attitude and I am willing to give more business to T-mobile but not with her. She’s not suppose to be here at t-mobile corporate store.

I was having a problem setting up my new phone. I walked in on a Sunday afternoon and was taken care of immediately with no wait. The service was professional and courteous. My problem was resolved quickly. Would recommend.

I went into the store to explain what the customer rep over the phone informed me to do which was noted on my account. The store rep was rude & didn't care to understand what I was telling her & never offered to look at my account. I will never return.

Hi everyone, I stopped posting reviews because I didn't feel it would be beneficial to anyone, however, I had a great experience with T-Mobile's Technical Support Team. Just when I thought I didn't want T-Mobile anymore....Irene promised she would do everything in her power to fix any issues and to insure that I remained a T-Mobile customer for the next 20 years. After being a customer for the past 20 years, it was very refreshing and nice to come across a rep. that listened and cared. She showed exemplary customer service skills and is the best at what she does. Thanks Irene, for the excellent customer service you provided me. You deserve 10 stars! Lol...

Walked in not really expecting much and Eddie went well out of his way to take care of me and my friend. I was looking for a new iPhone and he made sure I got the phone applied any discounts I was eligible for, so I took advantage of the products he recommended I buy. He explained all the procedures and possibilities I could take advantage of. Helped install and sign up to at least 5 apps(like fully signed up). Great man definitely making this store stand out from others with his amazing service. I’ll be back to buy whatever he recommends thanks brother.

I was driving by and thought let's just stop in and get a little issue off the to do list while I was nearby. As I walked into the store I was concerned my stop by was going to take longer then expected because there was a good handful of people milling about in the store. Just then a small group stepped apart and an associate walked through the opening and asked me if she could help. The associate was very helpful, fixed my issue, and got me on my way in very short order. Just the ticket.

I went to the store because I needed a router for my 360 photo booth. I received A+ service because the staffs were very knowledgeable in a way that I saved money and time.Amazing customer service. For all your phone and accessories needs please check them out. You won't regret it.

Came in to open a business account. I waited for 30 minutes and watched this lady walk back and forth in the store "helping" one customer. Then another guy was helping the same customer. Cmon yall, get it together

Unless they happen to have the device you're looking for in store, I'm really not sure what the point of going here is. I went in to make some changes to my account (which I thought they could help with) and buy a new phone, and I literally had to stand in front of the reps and call 611 customer service from my phone to get everything taken care of. I could have stayed home for that!
