The first floor is all smoke and mirrors. My brother is a resident there. Went to visit him. Entire floor smells of urine. Dirty linen laying around nurses station and in the room on the floor. Had to go get someone to change him because he was soiled really bad. He clearly had been soiled for a while. ??

I enjoyed visiting my dad. When I let the nurse know that my dad's blanket was soiled she immediately went to change it. I would like to see curtains in my dad window.
