O’Reilly’s in Crestwood provided the best experience I think I have ever had at an auto parts store! I went in thinking something was going on with my battery or alternator, but both tested good. Long story short, needed to replace my purge solenoid. The Store Manager Billy went above and beyond and replaced it for me in the parking lot. Thank you so much again!

Deleted my first review so posting again. Lazy workers. Free wiper installation but don’t bother asking. Kid complained that he didn’t want to get the ladder out. Go elsewhere

Store Manager Bill got a serious attitude problem. How is someone with that type of position trying to fight his customers by saying “let’s take this outside”

I normally have had no problems with O'Reilly's, or their employees.However, that changed last night. Stopped in after work to get new windshield wipers as one of mine had split. The employee, at the least, told me the number for my vehicle, saying any in that size would fit.I asked if he could install them, and he refused. First saying he didn't think he could reach them on my truck, then changing it to he couldn't as he was the only one there, even though I'd heard someone else talking in the back.So I tried, couldn't figure it out as it looked totally different than on what is there. Turned on my heel and returned both blades.This morning, in the freezing rain, I will go elsewhere and try to get wiper blades.O'Reilly's has lost my business from now on.

Bill Doherty the manager atThis store is amazing he went above and beyond to Help Lucky Tails Express to find a rim for us and get us back on the road . This is one of those stores you go to , where u know you will be taken care of . Thank you Bill and Noah for helping us get those Rescue dogs to their new Furever home .

Horrible company won't back up their products. Bought an O'Reilly specific battery and the battery was bad after only a couple of months. O'Reilly refused return without a receipt even with a one-year warranty and a factory labeled battery.
