Sabrina have the best coustomer service went there to buy a table I came out with a bed room set and living room set Sabrina have phenomenal customer service she made me buy all my stuff at one stop shop highly recommended to go by Sabrina.

I absolutely love this store. There was this young lady by the name of Sabryna who was so funny and out going who changed my mind about purchasing my furniture. She even allowed me to test the couches and bed before purchase. Her taste in furniture is outstanding! By the time I was finished with a bedroom set and a living room set I completely furnished the entire house off of her taste and I just love the new stunning look of my Condominium!!! Thanks for absolutely everything ?

Bry Bry is so amazing that she will not let a customer walk out without making you happy about your purchase and most of all I love my dining room set especially my double seat church bench, a booty test is all I needed to hear , she greeted me as soon as I stepped foot in the door, and if she don’t have what you’re looking for on the showcase she will pull out the catalogs or search the computer to make your house a Complete home , and a old school package is always available.

If I could give negative 10 stars I would. Our first problem was they forgot the legs for our table and told us that we had to wait to receive them. I took it upon myself to get the legs myself and went to the location they told me to and when I got there I had to follow their worker to their warehouse in order to receive the legs for our table-which is alright but also unprofessional. While on the phone with Sabrina she promised us a rug and picture that we never received. Our next problem is with Koalafi-which is the loan company they use-Sabrina told us she would make the payments align with our pay day, which did not happen. I got through to Koalafi and was told that I had to contact my bank in order to stop the payments and switch it to align with payday. In speaking to Chase they confirmed they would not take any money out until the confirmed date and they would stop any payment from Koalafi for $245. The following Tuesday we had $304.49 taken out of our account from Koalafi through our debit card instead of our bank account so it would not be flagged by Chase. Our problem currently is not solved. Koalafi does not want to take accountability for what happened. I would never recommend OMG Furniture, 5 Star furniture, 7 star furniture or any other furniture place falls under the umbrella.This company & their loan company are up to something grimy. If they do this to us I can't imagine what else they get away with.I would like to also point out that our furniture did come with knicks and cracks but I foolishly let it go because of the quality of furniture. Once again I would NEVER recommend this place.Caitlin Anderson

I bought some furniture from this place a sofa and love seat 3 months after purchasing it started to come apart in the seams contacted the store and they refuse to do anything this place sells trash furniture don't recommend it to anyone

Great experience, came here with my wife looking to furnish a full house, I was approached by such a lovely lady that goes by the name Sabryna. Very bubbly and positive energy. My wife and I were instantly interested in seeing what she can do for us. She put the most beautiful stunning furniture Duo together for our living room/dinning room set up I’ve ever seen. Sabryna then set up the rest of the home with such a gorgeous look we were so satisfied. This woman’s taste in furniture is impeccable, her style is ferocious! I feel like received furniture along with free interior designing services. Might I add she was very well dressed. Thanks Sabryna from me and the wife, we love it. Definitely recommend.???

Good products, we’ll packaged to protect from damageGood price, very competitive with other sellersOnly let down was delivery, we wasn’t in a rush so didn’t effect us but I wouldn’t go by there expected delivery dates, it was a 5 day window and it still turned up days after that.Overall, would use again if wasn’t in a rush for deliveryOMG Furniture is my best choose
