I was given a refurbished phone and it gave me problems from the first day I got it. The service is slow. They will miss my money cause I'm switching to a real phone company that has brand new phones and better service

DEFINITELY NOT "GHETTRO" ANYMORE... EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE ALL THE WAY AROUND ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
I called about 25 Metro stores today. I thought I wanted to buy this gimmicky TCL phone they were releasing. However, Daniel at the 13553 South Cicero location in Crestwood was the only employee that stood out to me as a true salesman, someone that would give you good service, explain what you're signing up for, technical questions, etc. And shout out to Miss Shy she knows her stuff too ?
UPDATE: Excellent service so far... Clear calls, unbelievably fast 5G speeds. Google Fi was my previous carrier and even though supposedly it uses the same network as Metro/T-Mobile, call quality was very poor.

The two ladies working here are absolutely phenomenal (Shayne &Isabella)! Daniel however, the “manager” is quite pathetic. I had previously left a review for this location, just walked in today to pay my bill and Daniel opens our conversation with “you ever gonna take that review down?” I replied with a ‘NO’. He says “why are you still a customer then?” “Because I like metro, not you” I reply. Daniel opens his mouth again to shriek “well this is MY store so you can leave before I call the police”. Just finished paying my bill w/ Isabella. As I said in my first review, this is a child. Not a leader.

I went to Metro at this site I spoke so highly of them because I have been a long time customer of Metro.i went to get my broken phone switched over to a new phone and the phone that I brought to Shay Wednesday February 13,2024 couldn't be switched over.I asked her what phone do she have that is an upgrade from my T-Mobile Revvl phone.Shay said very nasty what phone could you afford.No Metro worker every said that to me.That was so unprofessional.She had just talked herself out of a sale.I will not be back at that Metro site ever again.Sign very upset.?

The team at this store was excellent and very informative. They helped me with my bill and we're very knowledgeable of all aspects of my account and helped me cut some cost. Shout out to the Metro Store in Crestwood IL

Somehow my review got removed…?Don’t go there. Very rude man whom is ironically the manager. A poor leader results in poor employee practices. These people take no accountability, will intentionally lie to you and are just trying to make a buck. They should’ve knocked this place over for the new Jimmy Johns. I feel like they will cancel my service for this review. I used to love going to the Metro in my old area, don’t get me wrong, the company overall is fine.
