Wow! Disgusting and rude treatment by young man who looked like a teen and claimed to be the manager. I have a disability and he treated me like dirt. Tried to run me out of the store due to my disability. I tried explaining ADA laws to him, but all he could do was threaten me and tell me he didn't care, that it was private property. The ignorant guy didn't even know what ADA and disability laws are! I'm about to report him/them to the state's attorney. Disgraceful business. He needs fired! I wonder if all Menards do this since this is the second store to do this (the other was Tinley Park) The treatment was mean, immoral and illegal! This is the second Menards that has done this! I'm done with this cheesy chain. Theirs stuff is garbage anyhow.

I went to the service desk to request propane refill for my tanks. Waited 15 mins outside went back inside they told me someone was coming. Waited another 5 mins and decided to leave. 20mins waiting for some propane is ridiculous.
