I had the pleasure of speaking with Valerie in billing at Medication Management Partners. Valerie proactively found me a self pay option that reduced a prescription drug cost from $248.00 to $25.00. She worked with me and through the pharmacy to offer this solution. I am very thankful for her knowledge and expertise. It would have been very easy for her to push me aside and move on to the next caller, leaving me in a difficult predicament. I greatly appreciate your amazing customer service and problem solving skills Valerie!

DO NOT WORK HERE! The management is horrible. There is group huddles everyday, which the managers use to publicly shame, criticize, and humiliate you in-front of coworkers if you make a small mistake. I wish people would stop supporting this business.

During out connect she answered all of my questions, went above and beyond to fully research my father’s medications to ensure the correct meds and quantities were being shipped, and (by resubmitting a scrip) saved my father more than $500!
