Ridge was very personable, knowledgeable and so helpful! He got us the best mattress for the absolute best price! I had to be at work and he got us in and out in no time! He made the whole experience so easy and enjoyable! I’d give 10 stars if I could! If you need a mattress head over to crestwood mattress firm and work with Ridge! He’s the best!!!

April did a great job in assisting me pick the best mattress along with her manager. There was no pressure at all and I appreciated that. They have nothing to do with the quality mattress I purchased but I told them what I wanted and gave me suggestions. April also assisted with what would be in my budget. I selected the temper pedic hybrid and I have no more neck or shoulder pain. This is the best mattress ever. Carlos delivered it and set it up quickly. Showed me how to use the remote and got rid of my old mattress.

I was very apprehensive about going in a mattress store with the upsell and pressure, and I definitely couldn't have been more wrong. I didn't know customer service and honesty existed much anymore but was more than pleasantly surprised. Will definitely tell people to shop there and we will be back for some more mattresses.
