I originally gave them a 5 star review because they were quick and had good prices. A week later my tires losing air (I blame it on the cold) I fill it up over and over. Took it to a shop and I need to replace the tire I bought last week . They sold me a tire with a patched side wall.We called they seemed understanding of what happened and said they refund me. Showed up we said it’s dangerous and unsafe. They argued that they are not doing anything illegal that if the client needs a patch on the side wall what is he supposed to do. I said that’s not my place to say. He said that how I returned the tire wasn’t how it was put on. The shop that replaced it cut the seal so that it wouldn’t be put on another car which he said he planned to do.

We ended up with a tire going flat on our trip from Michigan to Minnesota. Within 45 minutes, we were back on the road with two new tires!We were super grateful for the amazing, quick service.

Called early Saturday morning on March 4, 2023 to see if they have a tire sensor for my mom's car. Gave the year, make and model and the lady told me they had one that would work for her car. Went and they charged $50 to put it on. The place is nice and the waiting area was clean.After the sensor was installed we were told to drive the car a few miles and the senor would register on the tire for the pressure. Drove the car for three days and the tire still didn't register the pressure. My mom called and they told her to bring the car back. I brought the car back on Tuesday, March 7, 2023. Waited around two hours while they tried to figure out the problem with the one sensor. When I got back in the car the three remaining sensors on the other tires no longer showed the tire pressure. They assured me that it would register after driving around for at least 20 minutes and that if it didn't they would order the correct sensor. I thanked them and left.I drove around for an hour and the tire pressure still didn't register so I called and they told me they would order a new sensor. I asked if he needed my name and number, but he said my number was on the caller ID. Days went by and no call. My mom finally called back the following week and the lady said that it hadn't arrived yet. It had been over 5 days so my mom asked how long did it usually take to come in. The lady said two days and they would call.It is now Friday, March 17, 2023 and still no call. My mom finally went to another tire shop and the guys put on the correct sensor and programmed it and now all the tire sensors register the pressure on her dashboard.The fact that instead of this company telling us they didn't know what they were doing and refunding the money, since they put the wrong sensor on, is why I gave it three stars. I took the other two stars off because they never got back to us, because they never ordered the correct sensor. Wasted money and time and we'll never return.

The tire of my car flattened coming home. I talked to them and GAD had the tire I needed. They were about to close and they waited for me. Super fast and super friendly.Got home and had a flat. I called them and they had the size of tired I needed. They waited for me since they were about to close. SUPER FAST SERVICE and GREAT PRICE!!! Great customer service!!!

My tire had exploded and I needed a repair shop for the fix since I couldn’t be on the spare forever. I came here and they got a fresh new tire quickly and it was only $50 with a free installation as well. They were much help highly recommend service.
