I don't care for the new set up , you can pay for your purchases at the same place that returns are taken . Seems like the whole process takes longer . Also no distinctive ares when the lines start .

Was a Kohl’s shopper for years. Was always satisfied with the store. Went today, merchandise was limited at best. Did not find one sales associate on the floor!!! Men’s shoes, no prices on them, no price scanners to even check . Total of 2 cashiers at front for the entire store. Very disappointed.

This experience at Kohl's was much better than any experience. I've ever had at Kohl's in the past. The store was remodeled. Everything was neat and clean and easy to find. I had an exceptional lady. Check me out and help me to get a savings of over $500 on my purchase. By simply opening up a Kohl's credit card. Everyone on the staff was needs. Friendly kind and helpful. I would definitely recommend this Kohl's location to family and friends and I will definitely be returning again very soon.

Wow I went in the Kohl's to get men's underwear they sold me a bag of 7 Haynes men's underwear for $47 and change almost $48 I want right across the parking lot to Target got the same mens Hanes underwear same size same color but I got them four 22.00 with tax and I got nine men's underwear compare the calls that I was trying to show me 7 I will gladly take my money elsewhere
