“My boyfriend and I wanted to get into a plan together. We first went to the T-Mobile in palos heights off of 127th and had a very crappy experience with a man named “Ali” who said we would walk out with phones that day, who lacked great customer service, didn’t give us a run down of our plan, didn’t explain the promotions and who was very rude. Ali didn’t know what he was doing or talking about .. long story short we raced over to the T-Mobile in Chicago ridge and Xavier helped us out. Now let me tell you we should’ve went to Chicago ridge T-Mobile all along. Xavier was very kind, explained our plan and promotions we were eligible for, he even had us there 30 mins after close bc my boyfriend and I came literally ten minutes before the mall closed. So if you go to this T-Mobile go to XAVIER. Xavier was very knowledgeable, quick and the definition of great customer service!!”

I went with my sister to get her a new Samsung at the end of April. Ceaser was in charge of transferring information from her old phone to her new phone. Not only did he do so in an efficient manner, he helped my sister understand some of the differences between the two phones. He patiently answered her questions. Now, this would be a positive review, as is, but wait…there’s more. My sister had more questions, but only wanted to meet with Ceaser. This is where assistant manager, Manny Sosa, earns a shout-out. I emailed him directly, and he was so eager to help. On two occasions, he scheduled my sister with Ceaser. Ceaser was so patient and so kind dealing with my sister. He was not rushed, and there was no judgment, just cheerful assistance. Thank you, Ceaser and Manny! I hope you both receive positive feedback from additional customers and from your superiors.”
